In this guided practice, we connect deeply to the wisdom that we hold in our body, specifically the womb and pelvis. We bring the focus on the waves that you are, an integral part of this big ocean of love. This is an invitation to connect to yourself in a moment of deep listening.

So just start by feeling your body relaxing where you are.

Let your physical being get a little softer,

Your bones heavier.

Relax your jaw,

Relax your stomach.

And we're going to really focus on the lower body in this and especially in the area of the womb and incorporating this energy of water into this experience but also giving your womb a place to share any of its wisdom.

Share anything that she really wants you to know about this moment in your life,

Wants you to know about what she needs,

What she has to give,

What she wants to create.

And also pulling back anything that has been in some way taken out through anxiety or depression or expectations that have been unfulfilled or disappointments or failures.

A lot of this stuff,

Especially in relationship,

We can kind of give those parts of us and then hold onto a lot of the grief or the disappointment or the hurt.

In some cases there's trauma,

In other cases there's just general life endings of relationships or endings of parts of relationships that all coincide and all kind of get mixed into this lower body and all of the wisdom that we hold there as well.

So begin just by breathing in and out of your mouth and just breathing down into your stomach.

So just letting your breath be really gentle though and inhaling and exhaling down into the lowest part of your abdomen.

So your jaw is totally relaxed,

Your eyebrows are relaxed.

And as you breathe down into the lowest part of your belly,

Relax the pelvic floor,

Start to soften your inner groins,

Let your legs be heavy.

So working in this meditation,

In this healing moment from the sacral chakra,

Which is the sacrum right above your tailbone,

All the way through to the second chakra in the center of your pelvis and all the way down to the root,

The pelvic floor.

And as you feel your breath,

Just let the next few breaths bring in this awareness of spirit,

This awareness that we can perceive spirit and we can receive,

Especially as women,

The energy of God through what we hold in this part of us,

Through what we experience in this part of us.

And let that acceptance come in with your breath.

Take three more breaths after the next exhale.

And starting to breathe if you can,

Send your breath a little bit deeper and back maybe near your tailbone.

Just acknowledging this wild and wise part of your being that's very deeply interwoven with nature and very strongly connected to God.

And then you can let your breath return to a natural breath for a moment.

And if you want to come back to that breath at any time you can,

If it you can try it out throughout any moment of this exercise to see if it kind of deepens or helps you connect a little bit more.

But you also don't have to use it.

But just know that it's there and start to feel into the space near your tailbone.

So feel it physically,

You might be leaning on it a little bit as you sit.

And start to feel a connection between your tailbone all the way down into the center of the earth.

So there's this cord or this rope or this connection,

This like beam of energy that's just plugging you right deep,

Deep down into the earth.

And so that energy and that element of earth is here.

And notice what it feels like in this part of your body near your tailbone and right above in the sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra is like the animal of your being.

It's completely wild.

And so just let any energy there that's locked up or knotted up or,

You know,

In any way has been structured or put back together in a way that's not helpful.

Just invite and welcome the energy in this part of your body to get softer,

Looser,

Unhinged,

Unleashed.

Knowing that everything here in you is good.

Your desire,

Your,

You know,

Primal instincts to move in certain ways.

And you know,

We also are hold a lot of our conditioning,

You know,

It's like until we're more and more conscious,

A lot of us is kind of pulled in this area through our conditioning.

So just bringing a lot of forgiveness as everything here starts to feel our acknowledgement.

Any times or places where you didn't listen to your intuition.

Just allowing a wave of forgiveness,

Asking grace in this moment to bestow her forgiveness on this part of you.

Asking God to really bring in that unconditional love to the wildness of your desires,

Knowing that there's no right or wrong choice or answer.

Just working with what we have and opening to greater connection.

And then come back into a deeper breath for this next part.

Breathe from the tailbone forward towards the middle of your womb and really incorporating both sides of your uterus,

All of your ovaries,

Your cervix and just breathe from your tailbone to the middle of your womb.

And as you breathe and bring your attention here,

Whether you can feel your breath here or not doesn't matter,

But just use your intention to bring the same wave of forgiveness and acceptance into the whole womb space,

The whole,

Even the whole pelvic bowl and letting all the water here just move in any way that it wants to move.

Knowing that the waves of,

You know,

This part of you is one wave,

You know,

Or many waves in an ocean of deep love.

In an infinite ocean of forgiveness and beauty.

But that you're a part of that and anything that you experience and have experienced in this part of you is also a part of that.

So let it be opening and kind of unleashing into that greater wave of,

In some moments,

What we know to be as like an oceanic bliss or,

You know,

Deep pleasure and in other moments,

Deep disconnect and deep dark pain.

And that ultimately we can't be separate from that ocean.

So letting your own uniqueness and really trying to feel it in your own,

In your own body.

You can deepen your breath and let all of your sex organs relax,

Relax the pelvic floor a little bit more.

Relax the space in between your eyebrows and just start to imagine like a current,

A flow of water from your sacral chakra,

The sacrum,

Your tailbone,

Straight through the middle of your womb and all the way down to the pelvic floor.

Like there's just a water,

An energy,

A flow,

A river,

A current,

A wave washing up all the way to the pelvic floor and even forward towards your pubic bone,

Your pleasure center.

And letting all of it be just cleansed and loved up in this moment.

Letting any energy here that feels stuck be encouraged to soften and release or anything that feels pleasurable.

Let the energy get stronger in your body.

So there's nothing that's too much in this moment.

Let it get stronger,

Whatever it is,

Whether it's numbness or,

You know,

Curiosity or pleasure.

There's no right or wrong.

These are holy waters.

These are sacred waters.

And for this last moment,

Just let your pelvis move a little bit in your seat.

You can kind of just very gently rock forward and back and just ask your womb to share something with you,

To share some words or an image or a feeling or a song or something that could really support your intuition and support your wholeness and integration and wisdom in this moment.

And just pause and see what comes through,

But let your body kind of move a little bit still.

What does she want to say?

What does she want to speak?

What wants to be heard or felt?

Just trusting what arises.

And then for this last moment,

Just ask anything you want to ask and give yourself a moment to receive an answer.

And start to,

As you do that,

Bring your hands down to the front of your womb or over your pubic bone and just have your hands here and just really receive the wisdom.

And then when that feels complete,

Just offer your gratitude for the day.

Just welcoming all of it to be held in this greater ocean of love.

That is your true nature.

That is who you are.

And take a couple breaths through your whole body.

When you feel ready,

You can let your eyes come open.
