Transcript

Seven deep breaths for centering,

For cravings,

Anxiety,

Depression.

Turn your awareness inward,

Closing down your eyes or focused at the tip of your nose with your eyes open.

With your eyes closed,

Allow your gaze to float upward between your eyebrows or to the brow point center or Ajna chakra.

This allows for the brain hemispheres to begin harmonizing and balancing.

Through this practice,

You'll be taking an inhale breath through your nose for a count of four and then suspending the breath in,

Holding for about six to eight or longer seconds as you feel comfortable and then exhaling through your mouth.

So that's an inhale breath for four,

Hold for about eight seconds and then exhale through an open mouth.

It looks like this.

Inhale through the nose,

Pause at the top,

Softening your shoulders,

Hold five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Exhaling through the mouth.

So let's begin holding your gaze either at the tip of your nose or upward to the brow point center.

Take a few just deep breaths for yourself arriving inward.

And then let's begin.

Inhale through the nose,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Pause,

Suspend your breath,

Softening the shoulders,

Softening your spine,

But keeping it alert.

Exhale through your nose,
