Peace and blessing to you.

Today's class is going to be a strong flow class that aims toward to unlock your full potential,

Away from these beliefs and stories that others try to influence us to be somebody else but ourselves.

You and I and everyone else is born with certain gifts,

Talents and personalities.

So I wholeheartedly believe it is your job,

My job and everyone's job to really strengthen them and live our life proudly with them.

Are you ready?

I see you on the mat.

Let's take child's pose please.

As your head connects to the earth and the axle comes,

Let your body sink,

Your mind drops.

The inhale when you breathe new air,

Allow your body to expand and receive.

As you exhale,

Let it go.

Cleanse from within.

Exhale,

Let it go.

See yourself with new eyes,

New beliefs beyond those knowing of others.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Let it go fully.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Let it go fully.

Follow your next inhalation,

Round your back up toward the sky,

Go forward and arch at the end.

Exhale,

Round your back,

Slowly bring yourself to child's pose.

Inhale,

We go through this cat forward into half back bend.

Drop your hips,

Shoulder blades together.

Exhale,

Round.

Go to child's pose.

Gradually move from the back to the front with strong fingers on the floor.

Shoulder blades together,

Exhale and then take the cat slowly to child's pose.

Two more.

Feel yourself from head to toe.

Be mindful in the moment.

Come up onto your hands,

Balance with your left hand and knee.

Turn your body to the right side of the house and long right side body.

Another breath from the toe to your fingertips.

Turn toward the earth,

Right leg step forward,

Standing,

Kick your left leg up toward the sky.

Land it back behind you,

Take warrior one.

Two more breaths.

One more breath.

Get your left knee toward your chest.

Balance,

Stay firm on your standing leg.

Left ankle above your right knee,

Sit back,

Hands alongside the ears.

Another two breaths here.

See if your heart can go more toward that left leg.

Another breath.

Maybe your hand can come down toward the earth or hands in praying.

Push into your standing leg,

Go warrior to left leg back.

Two more breaths.

Let the breath move you from the inside out.

Draw the energy in,

Inhale.

Bring it to the center and exhale,

Shine out through your limbs.

Reverse warrior,

Right arms up,

Inhale,

Stretch back,

Exhale.

Go down toward the earth,

Three-legged dog.

Kick your right leg back and up with your hips open.

Get your right knee to your nose one time,

Kick it back and up.

Take plank,

Lower all the way down,

Chaturanga dandasana.

Up dog or cobra.

Stay right here,

Really honor the pose.

Get that heart to open,

Another breath.

Downward facing dog.

Bring your knees down toward the earth,

Now turn to the left side of the house.

Balance on your right hand and knee and kick your left leg back.

Another breath here.

Turn your heart up,

Shoulder blades together.

Then exhale,

Go toward the earth,

Left leg forward,

Standing split.

Kick your right leg up,

Land it back behind you,

Virabhadrasana one.

Two more breaths.

Your body flow.

See,

Can you go a little deeper?

Open your hearts a little bit more.

Get your right knee to your chest,

Stand firm on your left leg.

Keep that big toe side edge nice and solid and then your right ankle above your left knee,

Sit hips back,

Chest forward.

Two more breaths.

Look deep inside,

See if you can give it more to yourself.

Another breath.

Relax your jaw.

And then warrior to right leg back.

You work in the moment with what you have.

Two more breaths.

And trust in the process that you can find more room to grow.

Reverse warrior,

Left arm up,

Stretch back.

Come down toward the earth,

Three-legged dog,

Kick the left leg back and up.

Inhale,

Left knee to your nose one time.

Kick it back and up.

Take a plank,

Lower that chaturanga dandasana.

Find your back bend here.

Downward facing dog,

Please.

You bend your knees,

Look between your hands,

Come forward,

Uttanasana.

Move your heart forward and open.

Katasana,

Exhale.

One more breath.

Stand nice and tall,

Eagle pose,

Left leg over right,

Left arms under right.

You build the stillness with respect.

Allow the strength and the opening to be built.

One breath at a time.

Warrior three with your eagle hand.

Warrior two,

Land your left leg back behind you.

Reverse warrior,

Left arm up,

Stretch back.

Trikonasana,

Triangle pose.

Two more breaths.

And you just really work with your own unique strength,

Your own leg strength.

Now turn toward the earth,

Get your left knee down,

Body come up right.

Bend your left knee,

Hold the foot,

Put your hip toward the heel and root down and rise up.

Listen to your body.

Whatever it is,

You build the opening and the strength according to what you have.

One breath at a time.

Then step your left leg forward,

Uttanasana.

Move your heart forward and open.

This time you're going to jump back to chaturanga dandasana.

Get into your up dog or cobra and downward facing dog.

Then bend your knees,

Look between your hands,

Move yourself forward to uttanasana.

Move your heart forward and open,

Inhale,

Bow down,

Exhale.

Ground down to your feet,

Open your arms out and up toward the sky.

Go into eagle pose onto your left leg.

Right leg over and your right hand under.

Centering yourself away from the noise around you and to your unique gift,

Warrior three with your eagle hands.

The gift that lies within your own breath and your own body.

Warrior two.

Another breath.

Reverse warrior,

Left arms up,

Inhale,

Stretch back,

Exhale.

And then we go forward and then go into trikonasana triangle.

And two more breaths.

Turn toward the earth,

Right knee down,

Body come upright.

Hold up with the hand,

Move your hip toward your heels,

Root down and rise from your heart up and shine your personality outwardly.

You have everything in your power to be great.

Listen to your own inner story.

Then step your right leg forward,

Uttanasana.

Move your heart forward and open,

Jump back to chaturanga dandasana.

Finish your flow here and downward facing dog.

From here,

You're going to jump through into prakshima uttanasana.

And we're going to baddha konasana,

Feet together,

Knees apart.

I want you to open so you can unlock anything,

Maybe the story,

The kind of hold tight within your body.

Let the movement,

The energy help you to release them.

And what love is going to be just yours,

Story,

Your gift.

Move away from that,

Extend the legs forward,

Right leg over left,

Marichyasana three,

Twist to the right.

What you give and what you,

Other side please.

Two,

And then inhale facing forward,

Get your left leg out and we go right into prakshima uttanasana.

Right here in this moment,

The sky above you,

Really anchoring to your identity.

And move up and away from the floor,

Cross your legs,

Left hand to your heart,

Right hand onto your belly,

Eyes closed.

As the story goes,

Of that make beliefs of others.

And what love is just you,

And the beautiful you.

Come back to get to know yourself,

Know your strength,

Know your gifts.

You have a lot to give.

You have your own footstep to create.

Living your life,

That away from your true self,

You make you suffer more and more in the future.

Hands come together,

Thumb to your third eye and you bow down.

So remember,

Come back to your heart.

Listen and live fully and proudly as yourself,

Because you will not regret it.
