Namaste everyone.

I am Opinia and if you knew what an honor that our path crossed today,

I hope you are doing fabulously.

Many blessings to you and your loved ones.

To my regulars,

I love you and I have utmost respect toward your dedication to your own health and happiness.

It is truly inspiring and I hope you keep it up.

Today I come to you with a conversation.

When we're practicing yoga,

Most of the time we believe that we have to create a certain environment and of course we would love to.

We would love to have the environment that really enhances our practice.

It's quiet,

It's appearing,

It's attracting and bringing out the calmness within.

I understand that.

When the environment supporting us,

The practice we take,

It will be taken to this calm,

Open,

Serene and peace easier.

However,

We cannot only expect to have the environment that's suiting and supporting to our practice all the time because,

I don't want to say most of the times,

But sometimes we will not have that.

And then we have an option to make.

It's either we will not do the practice then that day because we just don't have the environment that we want to or we just create the environment within or allow it to just come from the insides of us.

To me,

The yoga practice brings out the peace,

The awareness and this power to make choices from within us despite whatever is outside of us.

And I think this is such an important outcome from the practice that I hope many of us gear toward which means no matter,

Like if you set your mind to do the practice and you try to find the space that you want to put the mat down and give you the most like yoga-like feeling and you cannot find it,

I hope you don't just choose to not practice but put the mat down and allow yourself to be in that environment and just carry on to to the moment that you know the practice of yoga that you can be aware of your own mind of how it being agitated and you just let it find its calmness within and find peace within and you finally have that power that you tap into the power within yourself and make the choice.

You know what?

The peace,

The freedom,

When I speak there was freedom that is actually the crucial word.

Like I have the freedom from the outside world that distracting me from my own peace and happiness and I will not let them take half the power over my own peace and happiness within.

I just want to share you that.

One last thing because from my experiences and actually it just happened lately as well.

I went to a camp with my daughter and I went into this like four days with this beautiful open water and the spot that I want to put the mat down is on the deck.

Look out into the water,

It just looks so peaceful.

The first day I had the most amazing practice.

The second day though the deck is full with tarp and it's raining so I can't put my mat there and I have to look around at the camp to find a spot that I can do the practice and I just have to put the mat into a room that actually have kind of sand on the floor because besides us there's a lot of people that the camp you know hold the event for them right because they need to make some money and I just like do not put the mat into the ideal location and I tell myself now that ideal location you have to come within me and I know how to get there and I just do it and then the day after it's the same thing.

Now I ran into a group of people that come into the camp to do their activity and they took my spot and I tell myself okay once again the yoga practice is not the location like the peace the end goal of our practice is to find peace and freedom within and learn to not allow what's going on in the world like right now if you can hear the lawn is mowing,

Mowing which is I wish that is not happening while I'm filming and it's happened I just have to let it happen and remember that I will be free with my mind that wanted to be agitated by the the happening of the world outside of us that it's going to be the biggest thing that we all have to remember this world is so big now it seems so small because we can connect with through the lens and we have to learn to not let everything outside of us we have to practice to allow our inner strength inner peace to be there when everything outside of us sometimes can be distracted can make us feel agitated and let the yoga practice help us to find peace from within and not let that agitation to take over I will end this video now everyone I hope though you get some knowledge to take out from this video and help you out with your peace and happiness in the world and I hope to see you on the mat or on the next conversation namaste
