Namaste everybody.

I am Opinia.

First and foremost,

If you knew what an honor that our path crossed today,

I hope you are doing amazing.

And for my regulars out there,

Please know that I keep you in my prayer,

In my blessing,

And I send you my support.

Always continue doing what's right for your own health and happiness.

Now today,

If you just feel like your brain just needs a little boost,

It just feels a little foggy,

Cannot concentrate,

Why don't you give this yoga pose a try?

I trust that many of you know what the three-legged dog looks like.

But this one,

We minus one more,

So it turns into two-legged dog.

Because it's only two parts of the body that are touching the floor.

One hand,

One leg.

Okay,

I'm going to help you to boost your brain power.

So let's come into downward-facing dog first.

Now,

First one,

Balance on your right leg.

Lift your left leg off of the floor and really push your chest toward your right leg.

The trick is to keep your hips square toward the ground,

Okay?

And then from here,

Slowly start to light up your right hand and come to your right fingertips at first.

And then slowly see,

Can you get your right hand off from the floor and try to find the balance.

And while you're doing that,

Now the left hand,

Lift your armpits up and away from the floor,

Go toward your ears and keep sending the chest toward your right leg.

Keep your hips square,

That's going to help so much.

If you are stable as your right hand comes off from the floor,

Now why don't we work a little bit more to help our brain by trying to get the right hand toward your right ankle.

You need to use your left hand to send your upper body toward your right ankle.

And then your right hand finally can touch the ankle.

And then you are going to use both hands.

Your left hand is pushing,

Your right hand is pulling.

And you get yourself toward your right leg.

Two-legged dog.

Come onto your hands and knees with your knees together.

Drop your hips side to side.

You know why?

Well,

We have to do the other side.

Another tip,

One tip that will help you if you balance to get the hand that is free toward the back ankle is to make your downward facing dog maybe a little bit shorter.

Okay,

Here we go,

Go back up to downward facing dog.

This time balancing your left leg,

Get your right leg off from the floor and square your hip right away.

Send your chest back toward the left leg.

Now your first job is try to light up your left hand,

Maybe be on your left fingertip at first and just slowly get that left hand off of the floor and try to find the balance.

If you are a little bit more stable,

Now your right arm's armpit go toward the ears.

Inhale and then push the floor away from you to send your upper body toward the back leg.

If you're stable,

Left hand find the left ankle.

You cannot just reach and find the ankle.

You need to send the whole upper body toward that.

Okay,

And when you have it,

Inhale,

Get your right armpit toward the ears.

Now use both hands to get your chest closer toward the back leg.

Then carefully come back down onto your hands and knees.

Take a seat.

Give it a try.

Let me know,

But I trust that your brain will thank you for this.

Namaste.
