In my body, I am home. Now, consider this: Your body is composed of earth, water, fire, air, and space. Let the element of earth give you tolerance. Let the element of water absorb your pain. Let the element of fire transform your anxiety. Let the element of air release your stress. Let the element of space give room for your obstacles. This is a practice in noticing. There is nothing to do here and nothing to fix. Just be with your body. Listen and breathe.

Welcome to our nature-based grounding in meditation moment.

My name is Alicia.

I am a mindfulness teacher and relationship communications coach.

I aim to promote healing and evolution in a generation of cycle breakers,

Here and now.

In our paths to self-discovery,

We may take many roads,

But I believe all roads lead to one common place,

A connection to each other through the human experience of birth,

Growth,

Vitality,

Diminishing health,

And death,

As if we were completely one with nature.

Today,

I will share a guided meditation for embodiment and the natural elements,

Earth,

Water,

Fire,

Air,

And space.

As you listen in,

I invite you to recline back or find a comfortable seat.

Picture yourself in relationship to the natural elements.

Feel into your natural senses.

Opened closed eyes,

See what you see.

Hear what you hear.

Feel how you feel and breathe.

Arrive.

Just be.

Let your natural breath lift and lower your chest bone.

Notice how your breath might,

Over time,

Find a connection to the lower lungs and the diaphragm.

At this point,

You might bring a palm to the chest and another to your navel or your forehead.

Gravity will ground you here.

Be aware of your whole body and let the body settle.

Sense the passage of airwaves moving like a calm ocean,

Repeating swells and falls at the shore.

Stay with yourself here and listen.

Let's begin.

A mindfulness meditation on the natural elements.

Be with your body as you inhale and exhale,

Like a calm ocean repeating swells and falls at the shore.

Be aware of your whole body and let the body settle.

Now consider this.

Your body is composed of earth,

Water,

Fire,

Air,

And space.

Contemplate the element of earth.

Feel earth's solidarity and strength.

Now feel the solidness of your body and the element of earth in your body.

Feel your bones,

Your tissue.

Feel your hands and fingers.

Sense the mass of what's held in your skull and your ribcage.

Your body is your home.

Feel welcomed by your body.

Consider the invitation and enter.

In my body,

I am home.

Invite your mind to feel at home in your body.

Now contemplate the element of water.

Feel water's fluidity and power to accept anything and to purify.

Feel the water element of your body,

Blood,

Tears,

Mucus,

Saliva,

Lymphatic fluid.

Feel the sense of flow in your body through the nervous system,

The circulatory system,

The muscles,

The skin,

And the kidneys.

Feel your body's power to purify and protect you.

Let your mind settle and be pure like a still pool of water.

Contemplate the element of fire.

Feel fire's energy to give warmth,

Light,

And to heal.

Feel fire's power to transform,

To rise,

To spread,

And deteriorate.

Feel the element of fire in your body.

There's heat in the heart and the torso and the small intestine.

Be in touch with your body's warmth and its capacity to digest.

Let the element of fire open up the mind to feel its own luminosity.

Contemplate the element of air.

Feel the power of wind in your breath.

Feel the element of air in your body,

At the nose,

The throat,

The lungs,

And in the mind.

Be aware of the lightness and the strength of wind in your body.

Let the element of wind bring clarity to your mind and an openness to embrace change.

Contemplate the element of space.

Feel the vastness of space in your body.

Let yourself experience the openness of your own nature and notice where that space also shrinks.

Be open to accept whatever your experience of this might be.

Give yourself room to experience space without limits and the bravery to navigate space we can't see.

Let the element of space make room for peace in your body.

Now,

Regardless of whatever life you might be living today,

This week,

This month,

This year,

Bring your attention to your contractions.

The possible pain,

Tension,

Fear,

Anxiety,

Or stress.

There's no expectations here.

This is a noticing.

There's nothing to do and there's nothing to fix.

Let the element of earth give you tolerance for your tension in whatever life you might be living today.

Let the element of water absorb your pain in whatever life you might be living this week.

Let the element of fire transform your anxiety in whatever life you might be living this month.

Let the element of air release your stress in whatever life you might be living this year.

Let the element of space give room for your obstacles in whatever life you're living here.

Let the element of earth give you tolerance.

Let the element of water absorb your pain.

Let the element of fire transform your anxiety.

Let the element of air release your stress.

Let the element of space give room for your obstacles.

As we begin to close this practice,

I invite you to remember the ways your body is composed of earth,

Water,

Fire,

Air,

And space.

May this connection to the natural elements bring you the knowledge and integration the natural world holds so deep in itself.

Be with your body as you inhale and exhale,

Like a calm ocean repeating swells and falls at the shore.

Consider the invitation and enter,

In my body,

I am home.

Be aware of your whole body and let the body settle.

Namaste.

This meditation is really nice to find your inner balance again, I could use a little more time between the different elements though :) Thank you 🙏✨
