You are safe now,

You are here.

In a quiet valley,

Far beyond the noise of cities,

Lived a little deer named Luma.

Luma had soft white fur,

Big gentle eyes and a heart full of questions.

She often sat by the river,

Watching the water move.

One morning,

Luma woke up with a feeling.

A soft voice inside her whispered,

There is something more.

So she decided to follow that voice.

She didn't know where it would lead her,

But she trusted it.

Luma walked through tall grass and trees.

She met a wise turtle named Sorrow.

Sorrow had deep lines on his shell and moved very slowly.

Where are you going,

Little one?

Sorrow asked kindly.

I don't know,

Said Luma.

I'm looking for peace.

Oh,

Said Sorrow.

Then walk slowly.

Peace is found in each step.

So Luma walked slowly.

She listened to the wind in the leaves.

She noticed the tiny flowers near her hooves,

And for a moment,

She felt peace.

But her voice came again.

Keep going.

So she thanked Sorrow,

Bowed gently,

And walked on.

In the forest,

She met a monkey swinging from tree to tree.

The monkey laughed and said,

Why are you walking so slow?

Run,

Life is short.

Luma smiled.

She thanked the monkey,

But chose to walk quietly.

She remembered Sorrow's words.

Peace in each step.

The sun was setting when she reached a quiet cave.

Inside,

There sat an old owl with silver feathers and closed eyes.

Luma sat beside the owl in silence.

She didn't ask any questions,

She just listened.

The owl finally opened one eye and said,

Everything you seek is already inside you.

Luma didn't quite understand,

But the words felt warm.

They stayed with her as she lay down and fell asleep under the stars.

In her dream,

She saw a crane mountain.

The same voice whispered,

Climb slowly,

Gently.

So she climbed.

The wind was cold,

The path long,

But step by step she kept going.

She met animals who gave her advice.

A fox who taught her about stillness.

A bird who showed her how to breathe with the sky.

A bear who reminded her to rest.

After many days,

She reached the top.

She looked down and saw all the paths she had walked.

She saw the river,

The trees,

The friends she met.

And suddenly,

She felt it.

A deep silence.

A stillness inside.

She didn't need to search anymore.

She was home in herself.

The voice inside her said,

You have arrived.

You are peace.

You are enough.

Luma smiled and the sun rose behind her.

She closed her eyes and whispered to the wind,

Thank you.

Now,

Take a deep breath.

Let it fill your chest.

And slowly,

Let it go.

Like Luma,

You too carry peace inside you.

You always have.

Rest now.
