Good morning.

Welcome to your best self meditation.

Take a moment now to find yourself seated comfortably and just grounding down into the surface beneath you.

As you begin find yourself connecting with your breath.

Observing your breath.

Noticing the sensations throughout the body as you breathe in and out.

Bringing your awareness to the sensation of the breath at your nose tip.

Breathing in through the nose,

Notice the cool sharp sensations.

And then breathing out through the nose,

Notice the soft warmer sensations.

Cool on the way in,

Warm on the way out.

Giving yourself permission now to just allow your mind to rest on the breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils.

There's nowhere else to be right now.

Nothing else to think about,

Nothing to do.

Just simply noticing the cool sharp sensations as you breathe in and the soft warm sensation at the nose tip as you breathe out.

Focusing all of your attention here but also gently relaxing without mental strain as you naturally allow your focus just to rest here.

Breathing in the sharp cool sensations and breathing out the warm soft sensations.

In and out.

If the mind wanders that's okay.

Gently bring it back.

The cool sharp sensations as you breathe in right at the tip of the nose and the soft warm sensations as you breathe out.

Now allowing your attention to gently anchor on your breath.

Keeping your awareness there.

I want you to think of one small thing that you're grateful for.

It might be this new day,

Your body,

The country you live in,

Your sight or the ability to walk.

Doesn't matter what you pick just one small thing that might normally be overlooked that you can be deeply grateful for.

With your next breath in feel your heart and body filled with gratitude for this aspect of your life.

Feel as much appreciation and thanks you can.

Say thank you.

Noticing the breath again now find something else in your life to be grateful for.

This can be something big,

Small,

Doesn't matter.

It could be a moment in the past or something you're thankful for coming to fruition in the future.

Give thanks for this now and as you inhale allow your body to fill with appreciation and gratitude for this aspect of your life.

Taking a moment now to engage your hearing.

Begin to listen to the sounds that you can hear in the space that you're in right now.

Just notice any sounds that you can hear around you and as you hear them move on to the next sound that arises.

Going from sound to sound,

Not making it mean anything.

Stretching your awareness now to the outside of the space you're in.

What sounds can you hear?

Perhaps outside of the room you're in or a little further away.

What's the further sound you can hear?

Now listening with acute focus I want you to broaden your attention to see if you can hear any sounds on the outskirts of the city you're in.

Notice the expansive feelings this creates and now hold yourself here listening for any sounds you can hear on the furthest outskirts of the city that you're in.

We will now begin to cultivate as much positive emotion as possible.

Bringing a smile to your face I want you to focus on how it feels to be happy.

To have a warm and genuine smile.

Feel this feeling of happiness and warmth in your face,

In your throat,

In your heart.

Now bringing up feelings of joy.

Connect with the feeling of joy inside yourself.

Deliberately cultivating and turning up this feeling inside of yourself.

Notice the effect this has on your body.

Now bringing up feelings of abundance and overflowing of enoughness.

Notice as your body starts to fill with these positive emotions.

Flooded with feelings of joy,

Happiness,

Expansiveness,

Abundance,

Love,

Gratitude,

Peacefulness,

Calm,

Bliss.

Take a moment now still engaging that sense of hearing,

Listening for sounds on the furthest outskirts of the city you're in.

Purposely begin cycling through as many positive emotions as you can,

In no particular order.

If they pass or if a thought creeps in that's okay.

Go back to that sense of hearing as you focus on cultivating as many positive emotions as possible.

Perhaps feelings like happiness,

Joy,

Gratitude,

Love,

Peace.

Finding yourself now reaching a place of equanimity.

Feelings are being grounded and composed no matter what this day brings.

Knowing that you're in charge and able to maintain a happy and content emotional home for yourself.

Coming back to your breath now as you inhale feel your entire being filling with a pure white light made up of joy,

Gratitude,

Love and happiness.

Feel your body filling with these emotions,

Filling your head,

Neck and shoulder areas as you breathe in.

Feel this white light seeping down into your chest,

Your stomach and abdomen as you breathe in this pure source of all that is good.

Notice it begin to seep into all the neglected areas of your body that you may not notice during your day to day.

The back of your hips and the sit bones and all the space around them filling this area with pure white light.

The space between your stomach and chest,

The solar plexus and all the tissues beneath and around this area filling with light.

The ribs on the back of your body and the space between your ribs and your heart.

Feeling this area filling with light as you breathe in.

The inside of your throat and the space this area occupies in your body.

Filling with pure light and goodness cleansing and purifying with each breath.

Coming now to the inside of your head.

Breathing light into the space behind your eyebrows.

Locating this space between your nose and eyebrow center.

Deep in the middle of your head filling this space with pure white light.

Cleansing,

Healing and resetting your entire being.

Now opening your mouth as you next exhale feel free to let out a deep sigh.

Letting go of any stress,

Unwanted negative emotions or pent-up energy.

Breathing in pure white light through the nose and then releasing any unwanted energy through the mouth.

Instantly evaporating never to return.

Breathing in the pure light and breathing out all unwanted stress,

Energy or tension.

As you continue feel yourself overflowing with this beautiful white light.

Pouring out of you having let go of all negative emotion.

This white light is now overflowing from the crown of your head and creating a luminous aura and positive energy around your entire body.

Protecting you and also being felt by anyone you encounter today.

Now noticing the effects of this practice in your body and mind.

Anchoring into this renewed and positive state.

It's time to remember your future.

Your best self in all areas of your life.

Bringing up a vision of your best self.

What comes up today?

What are three things that you have achieved,

Experienced or become in this life as your best self?

Maybe three goals or intentions.

Meeting this best aspect of yourself now.

What have you accomplished?

How does it feel to be your best self?

Really go ahead now and feel what it's like to have reached your very best self.

In your health,

In your wealth,

In your happiness,

In your relationships.

Now as this best version of yourself approaching the day that's ahead of you now,

Ask yourself how much more can go right for me?

Begin to mentally walk yourself through today.

The things you have planned,

The day-to-day tasks,

The activities and engagements that will fill these next 24 hours.

Ask yourself how much more can go right for me?

How much of this can I do as my best self?

Picturing yourself going through this day now from activity to activity.

Having every little detail go exactly as you'd like to.

And doing everything as the best version of you would.

Pay attention to how you feel as things fall into place for you.

If any doubts,

Thoughts or judgments come up,

Just let them go.

This is your opportunity to remember your future with everything going exactly as planned.

Connecting back in with your breathing now.

Notice the effect of this practice on your body.

Notice the quality or state of your mind and just allow whatever is to be.

In through the nose,

Out through the nose.

In through the nose,

I notice the sharp and cool sensations.

Out through the nose,

I notice the warm and soft sensations.

In and out.

Resting here for one last moment.

Remaining connected to your breath.

Realize two things.

This vision you have for yourself in the future,

It's done.

Your work today is to take massive intentional action in line with your values and in line with this practice.

Then let go of the outcomes and allow life to deliver.

Welcome to your best day ever.
