In this meditation we'll explore the experience of feeling whole.
That is what it means for you to feel completely at ease with yourself.
Free from any need to improve and free to tap into what feels wholesome inside.
Often when we experience emotions it can be helpful to be present without disturbing the mind.
And this openness can help to empty the mind,
To experience vast freedom.
Being at peace with all of life can deliver a sense of stillness.
No need to pursue the critical mind,
But just observe it.
Like ripples in the ocean,
Timeless presence.
Because the more that you empty yourself by just letting life,
The easier it is to access something that feels eternal.
Simply being and breathing,
Observing.
In the East there are philosophies about emptiness,
Which help us to let life be and enter into spacious freedom.
And while emptiness helps us to stop seeking happiness,
So that we find that peace is actually already here.
It can also be helpful to tap into wholeness in order to bring that lightness down into the lower body.
To tap into more abundant feelings that enable feelings of being nourished.
Nourished by life.
Nourished by a sense of feeling connected to your centre.
Feeling full to the brim with what it means to feel whole.
No need to change in any way,
But just gently satisfied.
An inner contentment which is always accessible,
No matter what's going on outside.
What does it mean to feel whole?
Can you explore what wholeness means in your body?
What feels wholesome in life?
In relationships?
Perhaps try to tap into the flow of wholesomeness which can pervade the relationships in your life.
Brother or sisterhood.
Father,
Son,
Mother,
Daughter.
The essence of being a man or a woman.
Wholeness can feel nourishing when we drop into our bodies.
Wholeness can feel abundant when we feel connected to life,
Nature.
When we drop any stressful storylines and just receive wholeness.
While wholeness can connect us to our earthly nature,
It can also be a means to let go of any stress.
Ground ourselves.
And as we become more familiar with how wholeness feels,
We can begin to choose wholesome feelings to replace dissatisfaction and disconnection.
And so to bring this meditation to a close,
Just explore your own experience of wholeness.
Perhaps there are other aspects to wholeness which resonate strongly.
Such as a feeling of belonging.
Or maybe feeling a sense of worthiness to stand in your power.
May all beings feel whole and connected to their inner truth.
