In this meditation, Andy encourages you to meet life as it is. When all emotions, thoughts and struggles are allowed, from a place of presence, a vast stillness can be experienced. And through cultivating a balanced mind, problems can be processed with peace and compassion.

This meditation is about making peace with whatever your current experience presents because by allowing this experience you can begin to release any stress and feel much calmer.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety,

Shame,

Irritability,

Feeling low or any other manner of emotions as soon as you just let it you might find that as the resistance loosens its grip a more spacious mind allows you to feel more at ease.

So finding a position to sit or lie that invites stillness and then move awareness into any areas in your body where you feel something is being held tight and see how when you meet different feelings as they are with calm openness they begin to loosen up and your posture adjusts accordingly.

In fact as you become more present and open to allow your experience your body begins to feel more at peace and aligned.

And so whatever's arising just let it whether it's an annoying thought,

An unforgivable memory or a fear about the future just be impartial,

Don't make any judgements,

Just step through to the place beyond right and wrong,

Where good or bad,

Worthy or not are just stories on a giant stage called life.

How can you let go of taking sides and just be kind and present regardless of the feeling or thought that might stir you up.

Find balance and just sit on the fence,

Just allow it like on a giant movie screen the characters come and go within a gentle sway of peace.

Just let go of the mind which criticizes or complains and instead meet this moment with its ups and downs with a sense of balanced equilibrium,

Everything within open awareness.

Just let it have its say from a place which no longer cares about what others think or tries to impress.

Just be simple and honest,

Sincere and at ease and content with this moment with no hidden agenda.

Just make peace with the upset or neurotic to find that it no longer causes a pain when the struggle is released and it's truly met with calm or understanding and so it's released from taking the center stage.

Just be at peace as the body of emotions of tight or heavy,

Sharp or soft are just allowed to present themselves equally.

In fact whatever direction the mind goes it can be allowed in a way which means that experiences move through you and different layers of the mind reveal ever-changing waves or currents that continue to be processed as you flow through in a state of peace.

Just let the struggle struggle.

If you can't let go or find peace with the unpeaceful just let the resistance resist instead.

Just let it all come and go with the ways in which a struggle no longer poses a threat because it's just let to do its thing on a greater stage.

The fear,

The lust,

The aggression,

The pain,

No matter how shameful or uncomfortable or piercingly wrong,

Just let it and stay on the side of compassionately calm or spacious outside the realms of passing judgment of yourself or others.

The calm and composed,

The poised and the patient.

The ever available majestic presence.

Just know that really peace is forever within your whole experience when the struggle is no longer pursued or allowed to be so important or taken as mine to fix or disturb in some way.

Just let it all pass so the mind can heal or release from resisting and move beyond all perceptions and opinions and into the stillness which remains.

A vast never-ending stillness which holds all feelings and stories pushing and pulling for our attention like currents or streams in expansiveness because when all experience is welcome you can begin to feel quite blissful and when just being present with no agenda to improve or fight against life all expressions become like reflections in an eternal pond.

And so now I will leave you to continue to let life from a place of calm,

From a place of release and unravelling to explore on your own terms how life can be a little bit easier when you begin to just let it in its own way arise with peace.
