This meditation is geared towards empowering you to stay focused and in control.

By moving your attention away from worry or limiting patterns and into your felt body,

You can begin to release trauma and feel confidently at ease.

So start by closing your eyes and summoning the resolve to take control of your situation.

Noticing the ways that your mind gets thrown into different stories,

But instead staying resolutely within the solidity of your body.

Contained.

Shrugging off all other concerns and remaining embodied and contained.

Going into your legs,

Your arms and finding your centre.

Because as you begin to trust less in any negative thought patterns or feelings,

You can instead begin to take back control in the areas where you most need to assert an air of confidence in your abilities.

To stand your ground and command a sense of authority.

Deep inside you have an authentic voice which knows with certainty how to hold yourself with centred presence.

An inner knowing that warrants trust to lead the way.

And so as you release yourself from all the ways which kept you feeling that something was wrong,

You can take back your power so that you can approach any perceived obstacles from a place of calm.

Approaching the whole situation from embodied practical peace.

No more blame.

No more excuses.

Just the calm authority that you can now command.

And the places where you may have felt stuck or resist feeling can just be opened up,

Kindly welcomed,

Met with a peace that allows all to be felt intimately.

Each time you find yourself in your head,

Bring your awareness down and into your lower body and the sensations.

Into your feet and legs.

And noticing the pattern or shape of any movement away from simple experiencing that might seduce you back into a struggle or up into the head.

And giving that space or recognition in order to provide some objective distance and release yourself from getting caught up as you continue to feel into what it means to feel completely in control.

Not resisting anything but staying in control in your body.

Alive and aware.

And able to stay clear enough to no longer be sucked into any stories or feelings of limitation.

Taking control of any emotions means releasing yourself from succumbing to limiting narratives.

But it also means giving space to their emotional expressions with a sense of dignified peacefulness.

Less critical.

Softer and more nurturing.

Emerging from a place of calm that's somehow much more graceful.

It's okay to feel that way.

It's allowed.

And now bring your attention into the core of your body.

Your belly and buttocks.

Your lower back.

And breathing power in.

Breathing strength out.

Breathing commitment in.

Breathing stability out.

Centred.

Composed.

And in control.

You don't need to feel more powerful from a place of forced effort.

But just by deciding to drop any internal struggles,

Something more powerful can begin to flow through you in the most purposeful way.

Letting go of stressing to give space to step into your power.

Trust in inner convictions or stress free ease to fill you up to the brim with relief.

To release any doubt.

To truly discover uncover the strength to command.

To be your own truth.

To deliver gracefully.

Humbly.

Courageously.

Virtuously.

Breathing dignified composure.

While embodying rest.

Feeling held and nourished and in control.

Transcending the mind and channelling clearly.

And while staying in the place which evokes truth inside,

Just beginning to bring this meditation to an end.

Trusting that whatever life throws your way,

You can come back to that place of authentic authority when you might need to regain a sense of control.

And just opening your eyes and moving into the world,

Inhabiting more embodied confidence.
