Bring your awareness to your toes,
Imagine a warm soothing light enveloping them.
As you breathe out,
Letting go of any tension in your toes,
Feeling them becoming loose and relaxed.
Move up to your legs,
Feeling that light enveloping your legs,
Allowing them to become loose and relaxed.
To your belly,
Let light soothe your belly,
Releasing any tension.
Moving up to your chest and your arms and hands,
Feeling that soothing light comforting your body,
Releasing any tension.
To your shoulders,
Feel that light massage your shoulders,
Giving it comfort,
Releasing any tension.
Feel the bliss in this moment.
As you continue to relax,
Picture yourself in a serene natural setting.
It might be a peaceful beach,
A tranquil forest or a quiet meadow.
Imagine the sights,
Sounds and sense of this calming place.
Feel the warmth of the Sun or the gentle breeze against your skin.
Shift your attention to your breath,
Follow the natural rhythm of your breathing.
With each inhale,
Imagine breathing in tranquility.
With each exhale,
Release any remaining tension.
Let your mind become still and peaceful,
Fully present in this moment.
As you prepare to drift off into a deep and restful sleep,
