Good morning!

Welcome to a new day,

A new chance to breathe freely,

To choose yourself,

To live in alignment with your freedom.

Let's begin this morning together,

Grounded in peace,

Strength and clarity.

So wherever you are,

Just let your body relax.

You can either sit or lie down comfortably,

And let your hands rest gently and close your eyes if that feels safe for you.

Now begin to notice your breath.

No need to change it,

Just become aware of it.

Let your inhale arrive gently and your exhale release slowly.

Now take a deep inhale through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth.

One more time.

Feel yourself arriving here,

Not in yesterday,

Not in tomorrow,

But right here in this breath.

Now bring your attention to your body,

To the space around your heart,

Your lungs,

Your belly,

And notice how quiet it is without the craving.

Notice how alive your body feels without the smoke.

This is your new baseline.

One breath at a time,

You've returned to your natural state.

Calm,

Clear,

Capable,

I invite you to say softly in your mind,

I choose peace.

I choose breath.

I choose me.

Now bring to mind how far you've come.

You made the choice to let go of something that no longer serves you,

And that choice is alive again today.

Each morning,

Your freedom begins again.

Feel the strength of that in your chest.

Feel the pride in your spine.

Feel the clarity in your next breath.

Say in your heart,

I don't smoke anymore.

My breath belongs to me.

I protect my peace.

I am proud of who I am becoming.

This is not something that you are forcing,

This is something that you are living.

And now gently,

Let go of everything that you've done so far.

Ask yourself,

How do I want to feel today?

What kind of energy do I want to carry into the world?

What will I say to myself if a craving appears?

Just let your mind respond softly,

Without judgment.

Whatever arises,

Trust it.

And notice,

You don't need willpower today.

You just need presence.

When you are present,

You are powerful.

When you breathe,

You are back in control.

And you can come back here anytime you need to remember who you are.

Now,

I will say a few affirmations that you can repeat them silently or out loud.

And let them set the tone for your day.

I begin this day with strength.

I am a non-smoker.

I breathe deeply and freely.

I am proud of myself.

I trust myself to stay free.

I welcome peace into my body.

I am healthy,

I am grounded,

I am free.

Take a final deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment.

And exhale slowly.

And when you're ready,

Begin to bring gentle movement back into your body.

You can wiggle your fingers,

Roll your shoulders,

Let your eyes blink open softly.

And carry this stillness with you.

This freedom,

This power.

You are not waking up as someone trying to quit.

You are waking up as someone who already has.

This is who you are now.

And this is your day.

Go live it,

One breath at a time.
