Welcome and good evening.

This is your space to slow down,

To reflect,

To let the day soften and dissolve and to come home to your breath.

Whether today felt light or heavy,

Smooth or difficult,

One thing is still true.

You made it through the day and you are still here,

Still smoke-free,

Still breathing,

Still becoming.

So let's honor that together.

Find a comfortable position,

Lying down or sitting somewhere quiet and let your hands rest gently.

Let your eyes close or soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it gently and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Again inhale,

Hold it and exhale.

Let go of the day with each breath,

Let go of any tension in your body,

Let go of any stories about what you should have done today.

You did your best and that is always enough.

So now let's take a moment to look back on your day,

Without judgment,

With gentleness and ask yourself what did I do today that supported my smoke-free life?

When did I feel proud of myself?

Were there moments I was tempted and how did I move through them?

If I slept,

What can I learn without guilt?

Whatever comes up,

Let it pass through like clouds in the quiet sky.

This is not about perfection,

This is about presence.

You are building something real,

One choice,

One breath,

One evening at a time.

Now let's speak some gentle truth to the heart and repeat these affirmations silently or whisper them softly as you want.

I made it through today.

I am proud of my effort.

I forgive myself for anything I judged.

I trust the person I am becoming.

I am safe,

I am healing,

I am enough.

Just let each phrase wash over you,

Let it settle into your body like rest,

Especially the last one.

I am safe,

I am healing,

I am enough.

You see,

There is nothing more you need to do tonight.

There is nothing left to fix.

You are allowed to rest,

You are allowed to be at peace,

You are allowed to feel proud even if today felt messy.

Now I invite you to place one hand over your chest if it feels comforting and repeat this quietly to yourself.

I am smoke free.

I am healing.

I am safe to rest.

Feel that truth anchor you.

I am smoke free.

All right,

So as you move into sleep tonight,

Remember this.

You are doing something powerful.

You are changing something that once felt unchangeable.

You are giving yourself back your breath and your life.

And all of this is already working.

If you wake up tomorrow with a craving,

That's okay.

That's beautiful too.

But tonight,

You rest,

You trust and you breathe freely.

This day is complete and so are you.
