Mornings are an excellent time to plant empowering and uplifting messages in our brains, to help us start the day on a positive note. Join Andrea for a brief mindfulness meditation followed by a series of soothing and health-affirming statements that you can repeat or simply absorb.

Make sure your body is as comfortable as possible and really allow yourself to sink into the surface beneath you.

Feel all the support of the cushion or the surface and notice all the places your body is being held and supported right now.

See if you can really let your body sink into that support even more.

Give your body permission to relax.

With every breath,

Allow your body to feel more and more relaxed and present.

Bring your attention to your breath as it moves in and out of your nostrils or your mouth.

If it feels comfortable,

See if you can expand your belly as you inhale and let your belly deflate as you exhale.

Allow your breathing to soothe your entire body as it moves through you.

If any thoughts pop up,

Picture opening an imaginary window and see all your thoughts airing out like you would air out a room.

Imagine all your thoughts airing right out till your mind is clear.

Now repeat after me silently or out loud.

My body and mind feel rested and restored.

I feel centered and balanced.

I take my time and I do one thing at a time.

Peace and calm are my priorities.

My mind is clear and focused.

My body is strong and resilient.

Every cell in my body is balanced and well.

I am deeply grounded.

I treat my body with respect.

I am grateful for all that I have.

I love to focus on the positive.

I shower myself with compassion and kindness.

I am capable and strong.

I have clarity and confidence.

My mind is calm and clear.

I love to savor the present moment.

I look for the good in myself and others.

I look for opportunities to be grateful.

I am confident and courageous.

I follow my intuition.

I love and accept myself.

When I look in the mirror,

I see myself with eyes of love.

I will take excellent care of myself today.

I have an endless reservoir of energy and vitality.

I feel balanced,

Grounded,

And centered.

I have a healthy balance between activity and rest.

I meet all my emotions with empathy and compassion.

I love to focus on uplifting things.

I am thankful for all that I have.

I am proud of myself.

I deserve my own love.

I appreciate myself for starting today in a positive way.

Returning your attention to your breathing,

Following a few breaths all the way in and out.

Notice the surface beneath you holding you up.

Notice the sounds you hear.

Andrea has helped immensely in getting me through some incredibly difficult times, resetting mindset, is so positive and relatable.
