This is a meditation that was originally given by Yogi Bhajan to help the mind release any obsessive, intrusive, or haunting thoughts about a situation that took place in the past. It helps overcome phobias, relationship struggles, self-loathing, or anything you wish to say goodbye to. As a trauma therapist, I often recommend this practice to my clients who want to stop re-living certain memories or difficult feelings, such as shame or self-blame.
