This meditation cultivates an embodied relaxation and wellbeing, connecting us to greater levels of flow and regulation. A general meditation that would be excellent day or night for a refreshed but relaxed and grounded sense of wellbeing.

Transcript

So just take a deep relaxing breath,

Feeling that breath fill your whole belly,

Bringing it all the way down into your body and just allowing the exhale to pace itself.

When you're ready again,

Breathing deeply and not managing the exhale,

Just let that release in whatever way feels natural.

And as the breathing settles into a normal rhythm,

Just notice your body's ability to receive in that in-breath.

We don't have to think about or manage in any way the way that the oxygen moves through our system,

The way we feel full,

Feeling the radiance of the receiving,

Moving not just into the lungs and into the breath,

But like a warm sun begins to illumine and radiate outward feeling that sense from every in-breath that every cell begins to be filled with light.

There's a natural regulation as we notice that the radiant fullness that begins to fill our torso,

Our legs,

Our arms are actually congruent with the particles of the space around us.

The sense of that radiance begins to mingle and merge.

The air that we breathe in has a natural resonance with the space that fills everything in between all things.

So as we begin to allow that natural regulation of inner and outer,

We notice that there is really no inner or outer.

There's a more permeable quality like a porous membrane that light and energy can just easily pass through.

And as this is occurring,

The sense of expansion is natural.

The awareness that we are not located only in this body begins to naturally move through our experience,

Feeling the sense of support from wherever we are touching the ground,

Whether it's our feet on the floor or our whole body lying down.

There's a sense of that porous membrane passing through the absolute fullness and steadiness of the earth itself.

And just allowing that exchange,

Allowing the receiving until there is no difference between our experience of the way our feet feel touching or our hands and being the rhythm of the earth itself.

There's an expanded sense of unlimited boundaryless reality.

We are in more than one place at one time.

We are not limited.

As we allow this awareness to move through us,

There's a sense of well-being.

We're not separate from that divine pouring through.

We just allow ourselves to open and allow that divine pouring through to fill us to overflowing and then to pour through some more.

Any place that feels tight or disjointed is absolutely filled with this golden light.

So as we begin to return our attention to this particular body,

To this time and this place,

We notice that the regulation,

The sense of connection to the particles on the inside of our skin and on the outside of our skin are really the same.

That porous pass through continues and our understanding of our belonging to all of life remains.

So from a place of deep relaxation and also a sense of being revitalized,

We set the intention that we continue to receive,

Allowing the pouring in and the easy pouring out,

The constant exchange with all that is from which we are not separate.

So there's just a natural equilibrium now and we just set the intention for the rest of our day or evening ahead that we are at one.

And so we give thanks.

We allow ourselves to sense the breath in the belly again,

To bring our attention to feeling our fingers,

Our toes,

To allow this revitalized alertness to support deep relaxation and availability to continually be filled and filled some more.

And so it is.
