Today we will focus on living alongside pain. First, we will focus on the thoughts surrounding our pain and allow them to release. Then we will engage emotionally with the pain, allowing ourselves to feel fully in a space of calm. Finally, we will practice a short visualization of the pain to help ease it. The practice will close with three mantras and an Om.
