Welcome to today's meditation.
This meditation is made for the moments when we are so busy,
Stressed or have too much on our minds.
The moments we need and that we crave stillness and presence.
And so let's create that space for you.
Now let's start with just getting comfortable.
Breathing,
Relaxing,
Comfort that can be sitting or laying down in a relaxing position.
And in this meditation we are not meditating to focus.
We are meditating to release,
To clear and to let go.
And we are starting to let go as soon as we start using our attention for something else.
We will be shifting our minds.
So for this one I want to ask you to let your attention go to your breath.
And then ask you with every breath you are about to do is going deeper into a relaxing state.
And with every exhale letting go of everything you have in your mind.
All the thoughts,
All the stress,
All the to do things.
Dedicate yourself to the next few minutes as really no other thought or no other thing is serving you at this moment other than you being present.
So here we go.
We will be doing a four and six count breath.
So inhale deep on four.
Slow and you hold and you exhale slow on six or eight if you are advanced.
So here we go.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four and hold and exhale slow on two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
And again one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold and slowly exhale three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
Do it on your own pace.
And again two more times going deeper and deeper into your own relaxing stage of mind.
Letting go of everything deeper and deeper with every exhale.
Good.
And then when you're ready return back to your natural breath.
Good.
Now visualize you are making a big circle around yourself.
A big circle where you are sitting.
It's like a big bubble.
A bubble that only you is sitting in.
A space where you are yourself.
Where you can feel safe and where there are no distractions.
You don't hear the outside world and you're really good at ignoring anything you feel or hear that is outside your bubble.
This is your space.
Your space of stillness and presence.
No one will come in and no one can come in.
Not even your thoughts or ideas.
You maybe see them but you choose to not pay attention on them.
And so your thoughts are like clouds moving by outside your bubble.
Remember that in this practice today nothing is needed.
Nothing is serving you in these moments of stillness and presence.
Only your breath.
You are not your faults.
You are not your emotions.
You are free to do and feel whatever you want to feel.
You are in control.
And so inside your beautiful space you can start filling it with love and gratefulness that you are sitting or laying here.
You can feel it with beauty of your visualizations with comfort and with positivity.
The beauty is you can return to this space anytime you need in your own time and comfort.
But for now immerse yourself in the presence you created.
And we will soon go into a couple of minutes of stillness.
Stillness of your body,
Of your mind and giving your soul just that what is so needed.
Breathe with clarity,
Breathe with love and fill your body with just the happiness of presence.
Enjoy now the moments of stillness.
You don't need anything.
You do not need to be anywhere.
Let go and let go.
Go deeper and deeper.
Use your breath,
Your third eye chakra or your heart chakra as a focus,
As a tool if that is something that you need or use the music to guide you in letting go.
But most of all for now,
Enjoy.
