Lucky people aren't necessarily different—they often just see the world differently. In this short lesson, you'll learn how to shift from "Why does this always happen to me?" to "Why am I so lucky?" and start collecting evidence that life is working in your favor. A small change in perspective can create surprisingly big results.

How do you become luckier?

Well,

Let's think about it.

Have you ever noticed somebody who is always negative,

Always noticing the lack?

The bad things,

The unfortunate circumstances,

And often complaining about everything.

This wasn't made right.

The traffic is awful.

My boss is such a jerk.

And they go around sort of with this black cloud on their head,

Above their head,

Like it's always raining.

And now how about another person where it seems like They have some kind of a lucky streak and everything works out for them.

It is simply their belief.

Lucky people believe that they are lucky.

They look for the good.

They notice opportunities.

They put themselves out there to meet people,

And they assume the good.

They assume that everything is working out for them and they look for proof.

They go about their day like it's almost a game of seeing how many good things can unfold.

Would you maybe want to try that today?

As you go out in your day,

Make a game of it.

And look for how many lucky things,

Big and small,

Go your way.

That way,

You retrain the part of your brain,

The reticular activating system,

That will look for what you believe and mirror back what you believe.

So continually tell yourself you are lucky.

Maybe you get a great parking spot,

An unexpected email.

Something aligns in perfect timing,

A synchronicity,

Like your favorite song comes on the radio,

Or you see someone that you were just thinking about.

This is putting yourself in the lucky mind frame.

So as you go about your day,

Make a game of it and Tell yourself.

I am lucky.

Life supports me.

Good things are always finding their way to me.

I expect positive outcomes.

I notice opportunities everywhere.

I always seem to be in the right place.

At the right time.

I trust that life is working in my favor.

I am open to unexpected blessings.

I become luckier every day.

I am lucky.

I can't believe how lucky I am.

Now go out there and have yourself a very lucky day and come back to this video if you ever need a little boost.

Thanks for watching.
