Hi!
Did you know that a tapping technique or emotional freedom technique is a way to get re-centered and come back to the present moment to send that signal to your inner system,
Your parasympathetic part of your nervous system,
To rest?
And as you send that signal,
There are so many changes on the internal body-based level which then affects your mind and affects you emotionally,
Affects your mood and your energy.
And this is what I love about tapping is that you can pause and take a few minutes to do it at any point in your day.
So if you notice that you feel overwhelmed,
Brain fog,
Difficulty concentrating,
Maybe you feel tired,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Maybe you're nervous,
Anxious,
Maybe there's a conflict going on,
You can tap on anything.
And when you open yourself up and you get into that calmer place in self,
It's a window of opportunity to change your beliefs.
And as you change your beliefs and your inner experience changes,
Your outward experience changes.
So let's tap together and tap so that you can start to bring that deepest heart's desire to your reality.
So I invite you to consider as you set your intention for tapping,
To consider this.
Bring your attention or invite in your critical mind.
What does your critical mind tend to say about you or others,
The world?
What does it judge?
Because often behind every critique is a complaint.
Notice when you may complain about yourself or something going on,
An experience,
A complaint towards others.
Maybe you complain,
I'm tired,
I have too much work to do,
I'm not good enough.
Maybe you complain,
You don't pay enough attention to me or you don't listen to me or that thing never goes my way.
And then behind every complaint is a request.
I would like for you to pay more attention.
I wish that I had more energy.
I wish that I didn't eat that food.
I wish blank,
Right?
So those requests tend to be something that we wish for because behind a request is a want or a need.
Perhaps you want more energy,
You need more rest,
You need more focus,
You need more connection,
More attunement,
More love,
More ease.
And that's what you'll tap on today.
So if you ever struggle kind of figuring out how to frame something,
To say something,
Or what it is that you deeply desire and want,
Check in with your critical mind and start to reframe the critiques,
The complaints,
The requests towards or to your want and your need.
And we'll tap on that.
So find that point on the side of your hand in this tapping position.
Tap with one hand on the side of your of the opposite hand.
And let's begin to settle the body.
So request through your mind to inform your brain to send the signals down into your inner system to open,
To be present,
To soften.
And invite in your intention.
And even though I may get caught up in my critical mind,
I am okay.
Even though my critical mind tends to judge,
I accept myself.
Even though I may get lost in this sense of irritability,
Critiques,
Racing thoughts,
Spinning thoughts,
I deeply and completely love,
Honor,
And accept myself.

And then to the eyebrow.

I get so overwhelmed.

I may shut down.

I might feel panicked and anxious and stressed.

To the chest that I feel so drained and tired.
