Hello,

Welcome to your tapping practice,

Emotional freedom technique on attachment with the theme of safety,

Clarity,

And self-compassion.

Go ahead and come to a comfortable seated position and you may start by tapping on the side of your hand,

The karate chop point.

I will repeat this statement three times.

You may repeat the statements mentally or out loud,

To yourself,

Does not matter which hand you tap on or tap with,

You will receive the same benefits.

And so start by tapping on the side of your hand and we will begin.

Even though part of me wants love and another part of me is afraid of it,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself and all parts of me.

Even though I don't always know what to trust,

Them or me,

I choose to meet myself with compassion.

Even though I feel torn between holding on and pulling away,

I am learning that safety begins with me.

To the eyebrow,

I feel so much,

Too much sometimes.

The side of the eye,

It's hard to know what's real when my heart is in conflict.

Underneath the eye,

Part of me longs to be seen,

The other wants to disappear.

Under the nose,

I'm allowed to feel both scared and loving at the same time.

To the chin,

My nervous system is learning how to feel safe with love.

To the collarbone,

I don't need to abandon myself to feel connected.

Underneath the arm,

I release the belief that love has to hurt or confuse me.

Top of the head,

I choose clarity,

Softness,

And trust,

Starting with me.

Back to the eyebrow,

We'll repeat.

I feel so much,

Too much sometimes.

Side of the eye,

It's hard to know what's real when my heart is in conflict.

Underneath the eye,

Part of me longs to be seen,

The other wants to disappear.

Under the nose,

I'm allowed to feel both scared and loving at the same time.

To the chin,

My nervous system is learning how to feel safe with love.

To the collarbone,

I don't need to abandon myself to feel connected.

Under the arm,

I release the belief that love has to hurt or confuse me.

Top of the head,

I choose clarity,

Softness,

And trust,

Starting with me.

It's safe to be with me.

It's safe to love in a new way.

You may release the tapping.

Do this as much as you need.

Repeat two to three rounds.

Take in a big,

Deep breath in and let it go.

Knowing that you can do this as much and as often as you want,

Go ahead and save,

Comment,

Come back to this video.

You are exactly as you are meant to be.

You are safe,

You are magic,

You are a miracle,

And most importantly,

You are loved.

You amaze me.

Thank you.
