Welcome.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Somewhere where you can sit or lay quietly.

Move through your body making any adjustments and when you feel ready allow your body to become still.

Take a gentle breath in through the nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Then again breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Allowing the body to soften and the mind to calm.

You don't need to change anything yet,

Just notice the rhythm of your breathing.

Notice how it feels in this moment,

How your body moves as the air enters and leaves.

Perhaps it's short and shallow.

Perhaps it already feels steady and smooth.

All of it is welcome.

All we're doing at the moment is noticing.

Now begin to bring a little more awareness to each breath.

The inhale and the exhale.

When you feel ready gently close your mouth and if possible breathe in and out your nose.

Don't control,

Just notice.

Slow and steady.

We're not forcing,

We're simply.

Slow and steady.

We're not forcing,

We're simply lengthening the natural rhythm of your own breath.

With each inhale feel a quiet expansion.

With each exhale a gentle release.

As your breath begins to smooth you may sense the nervous system responding.

The space inside you begins to soften.

The busyness of thoughts slowly unwinds.

You're beginning to drop beneath the noise.

Feel that.

Experience what that feels like.

As you follow each breath in and out I invite you to bring your awareness to the moment where the inhale becomes the exhale.

That gentle turning point.

Notice how the breath changes direction without effort and without you needing to control it.

Just observe this shift.

The flow of air entering,

The soft turning and the air leaving.

Continue breathing naturally witnessing where the breath turns.

Each transition marking a new beginning.

A moment between moments.

Now bring awareness to the other turning point.

The end of the exhale before the next inhale begins.

That quiet pause.

The stillness between letting go and receiving.

There is no need to hold your breath.

Simply notice.

Witness the exchange.

The exhale.

The pause.

The inhale.

This is the meeting place between movement and stillness.

The gateway between doing and being.

The pause that has always been there waiting for your attention.

Stay with this rhythm for a while.

Breathing.

Observing.

Allowing these natural pauses to reveal themselves to you.

A space of complete stillness between breaths.

Notice how over time the space between breaths begins to open naturally.

Not from effort.

Not from pushing.

But from trust and from allowing.

Within that space there is calm.

Within that space there is connection.

A moment beyond thought.

Beyond tension.

Rest here for a while.

Feeling the spaciousness between breaths.

The natural stillness within movement.

The peace laying just under the surface within you.

Stay there as long as you like.

Visit as often as you desire.

And when you are ready in your own time allow your awareness to slowly return to the surface of your breath.

Feel each inhale and exhale again.

Feel them as steady waves of life force.

Noticing your body resting.

Your mind quiet.

Your energy renewed.

Begin to sense the space around you.

The sounds in your environment.

The feeling of air on your skin.

The support beneath you.

Take a full slow breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth anchoring yourself back in the present moment.

May you know that this space between breaths is always available to you.

You can return here at any time.

When your mind is busy.

When your body feels tense.

When you're ready to sleep.

Or when you simply wish to reconnect.

It truly is the still point within the rhythm of life.

The you are calm.

You are safe.

And you are here.

Thank you for sharing space with me and may your inner light shine brightly.
