In this chakra balancing meditation, we draw our awareness through all seven chakras from the root upwards through the crown. We will systematically clear and balance each chakra by connecting with a visualization and the internal repetition of a bija, or seed sound. This practice is also a helpful learning tool to get familiar with the chakras and connect with our subtle, energetic body.
