Start by finding a comfortable seat or laying down on your back.
Close your eyes and take a deep,
Nurturing breath in as you exhale,
Releasing any self-judgment or doubt.
Now gently place your hands over your heart and feel its gentle rhythm,
Observing how you feel in this moment and opening up to invite in kindness and compassion to yourself.
You can keep your hands placed over your heart or bring them back down by your sides,
Whatever's most comfortable.
And now it's time to invite in your affirmation.
Repeat out loud or silently to yourself,
I am worthy of my own love and kindness,
Just as I am.
Allow these words to wrap around you like a warm hug as you keep your awareness with your natural breath.
Again,
Repeating to yourself,

Repeating with deep meaning,
I am worthy of my own love and kindness,
Just as I am.
Staying just as you are for a moment longer,
Just observe what shows up.
If there's any little trickle in of self-criticism,
That's okay,
Just acknowledge it and gently replace it with compassion.
Imagining yourself sending love to every part of you that can benefit from it.
Breathing naturally as you allow self-acceptance to flow through you.
