Hello there,

Is it time to snuggle down into sleep?

Have you had a big day?

Ah,

It's time to go to the magic world of dreams now,

Have a lovely long dreamy sleep and then wake up feeling all fresh and new for tomorrow's adventures.

It's nice to have a little bit of an unwind time when we first get into bed,

Help us relax into a nice sleep,

So make yourself nice and comfortable hey?

Have you got everything you need in bed with you?

Have you maybe got some guys,

Some animals you want to cuddle or would like to be in bed with you and get their dreamy sleep?

How's that pillow of yours,

Does it need a bit of a pump,

A plump?

Do you have enough blankets and covers?

Are you warm enough?

Or are you too warm,

Do you need to chuck a couple off?

Just make sure you wriggle down and get all cosy and comfy and have what you need in your lovely bed.

Do you know what I used to do when I was a child and I still do it now as a grown up?

I'd be so looking forward to my dreamy sleep and when I climbed into bed I'd kiss my pillow and I'd say I love you,

I love you bed.

I'm so excited to be going to sleep,

I still say that.

And I go ah,

When I snuggle in I just let all the weight drop out of my body.

Do you want to try that?

Yeah that's right,

Snuggling in and then just go oh breathe out and let all the weight drop out of your body and the bed can have it.

And then you might already be feeling quite dreamy or quite awake.

You might already be feeling that your eyelids are getting heavy and your face is melting,

Relaxing.

You might feel your eyebrows letting go and your cheekbones letting go and your jaw dropping.

And that lovely breath inside you moving in and out of your tummy.

And you feel your tummy moving up and down,

Breathing.

I can feel really nice at the end of a big day.

Just feeling your breath in your belly.

Moving up,

Moving down.

So how's your day been hey?

What nice things happened today?

What felt nice?

What were the best parts about today?

Can you remember?

If you're too tired to remember don't even worry about it.

Just remember all those good parts going to sleep with you.

And then there might be some things on your mind.

Do you know everybody,

Grown ups,

Children,

Everybody has things on their mind and sometimes they're worries,

Little worries and sometimes they're big worries or they feel big.

But everybody has them and it's okay to have them.

You know what I do when I have worries on my mind?

I bring them in for a gentle hug and tell them I'm with them.

I'm going to help them feel okay.

Here are some of the things I might tell my worries.

Maybe you can try telling your worries these things too.

I tell them it's okay,

It's okay to be there and that everyone has worries.

Breathing in,

Feeling your belly,

Breathing out.

And I soothe them.

I feel that breathing in and that breathing out in my belly and in my whole body.

It feels soothing and so I invite my worries to feel that feeling too.

Like they're being stroked by my breathing.

You could try that too now.

Feeling your breathing and letting it stroke and soothe your worries.

Tell you they really like that.

And then another thing I do is I say to them what do you need to know?

What do you need to remember?

Maybe there's some words they want to hear like it's okay,

It's going to be okay.

As you stroke your worries with your breathing you could also say it's okay,

It's going to be okay.

As it is,

It is going to be okay.

And in the morning you'll wake up all fresh.

What other words do you think your worries need to hear that you can tell them now or anything on your mind?

Tell them they'll feel better.

Remind them of all the good things that are also in your life.

Who have you got in your life that makes you feel peaceful?

Who have you got in your life that maybe you like to talk to?

That you can share your worries with?

It might be a person or it might be one of your pets.

Maybe God or the sky or a book you have you write your worries in.

Remind yourself you don't have to carry them all on your own.

And something else I've discovered is people really want me to share my worries with them.

I bet you've had friends who've shared their worries with you.

And everyone's felt better.

Sharing worries is such a good thing to do,

It makes everything brighter.

So just remember you can do that.

And knowing you can do that,

You can put that aside maybe now,

Ready for sleep.

Feeling your breath in your belly.

Remembering all the good things,

The lovely things about today and other days and the things you're looking forward to.

They're all there inside you.

They're all going to be there on your dream journey.

They're all going to be there when you wake up.

All those good things.

Is your skin feeling softer?

Are your eyebrows letting go?

Are your cheeks going soft like jelly?

Is your tongue and your jaw soft?

Are you letting go of the muscles in your face?

Dropping all your weight,

Letting the bed have it carry you.

Dropping all your weight so you can be carried into sleep and your dream travel.

Drifting.

Wings.

Свидη zac 254قد Drifting.

All safe and sound.

Sweet,

Sweet sleepy dreams.

Coming your way.

Off you drift.

Off you drift.

Sweet,

Sweet sleepy dreams.
