So this is the do nothing technique where you allow yourself to have some time completely with yourself and your inner world and whatever is arising you let it.
You just let your inner energies thinking,
Daydreaming,
Remembering,
Planning or just drifting off,
Mind roaming,
You let them happen.
You don't need to use the effort of your little fingernail to change anything.
If you catch yourself trying to stop yourself or control the action just bring your attention back into your body,
Back into your breath and tell yourself there's nothing I need to do here I can relax.
I'm going to give a little bit of guidance to help you center and then it'll be just four minutes only of music.
Everyone has five minutes and this is very very good for your mind-body system.
So let's begin now.
Allow yourself to settle in.
Feel the support of the ground underneath you.
Move your awareness inside your body and feel your breath.
Inhaling and exhaling slowly and deeply.
Welcome yourself and your wholeness to this time and space and allow everything to come forward.
Wherever you've been putting your attention today,
There have been parts of you calling for your attention and you may not have had time to give them that.
So now they can come forward and be free.
With every breath you take in and out feel some of the wear and tear of the day leave your body.
Give your weight to the earth.
Allow yourself to release.
Take your awareness to your forehead and if there's a hint of a frown there uncrease,
Soften,
Release the muscles in your forehead and melt it.
Melt your whole face.
If there's a daydream you love to go to let yourself go there and enjoy this time simply to daydream or fantasize and meanwhile let everything come forward and move in its own rhythm while you just enjoy this relaxing time.
