Welcome my friend,

My name is Alison and this is a guided affirmation meditation to help you listen to a deeper voice inside you that is wise and strong and knowing.

It knows the truth that will support you through whatever you're going through and the truth is that you are going to be okay.

So let's begin by taking perhaps some slower breaths for ourselves.

What would be a nice breath to help you feel settled and that there's space for you simply to be.

The kind of breath that gives your body time to catch up to you and as you feel the ground holding you,

What's underneath you on the ground supporting you,

Can you let it take all your weight because it does that so beautifully and it's so steady and constant and consistent.

That ground underneath you that is there to take your weight.

Let your breath come naturally,

Maybe it can unhook from some tightness.

Give your jaw permission to loosen its grip and relax and maybe there's one big exhale that you can release slowly and fully now like a long sigh.

Maybe a breath you didn't know you've been holding for a while and you can soften and release your shoulders if you want to loosen that guard.

Place a hand on your chest,

Find your precious heart,

Always a moment of revelation feeling that touch,

Always a moment of reunion and as you feel your heart feeling your hands,

Let that touch say I'm here,

I'm with you.

Slow breaths and you might feel a little shift inside when your body realises it has permission to soften.

I'm here,

I'm safe enough right now.

I want to remind you now that even though you may feel destabilised,

May feel fearful or lost,

There is a part of you,

A quiet steady part of you in your deep core that knows the real truths you may not have been able to hear.

It knows that there is a way to feel it.

It knows that you have walked through fire before and you're not new to rising and that it's okay to be a bit scared.

We don't need to be fearless to move forward.

It knows that more is possible than the story or fear might be telling you and you're closer to okay than your mind might realise or tell you.

As you hold your heart here and feel your whole self inhaling and exhaling,

Feel with each breath that you're moving closer to this deep knowing part of you that is steady and sure.

Here to support you,

That's its whole job.

This part that knows,

This part that believes and just for now listen to that voice and you can repeat its words that will amplify their power,

Amplify the truth.

So getting ready to repeat now and I'll speak from this voice that's inside you.

I know I am going to be okay.

I believe a path is unfolding under my feet.

I believe something in me knows how to do this.

I believe I am going to be okay.

Just breathing in and out letting the words land.

I believe I am stronger than this moment is telling me.

I believe in the possibilities that fear cannot imagine.

I know that difficulties pass and good things are coming.

I know I will be okay.

I believe I will be okay.

Believing and knowing you can be okay and you will be okay.

Take a moment to breathe and feel what is happening inside your body.

Take your time.

Feel the different sensations,

The movement inside you.

Energy is moving and shifting and you can feel that happening.

With each breath you can feel the horizon inside your chest widening.

This belief,

This knowing is a living thing,

Pulsing,

Reclaiming,

Reshaping the narrative from the inside out.

So let your whole self rest for a moment in that energy and in the resonance of the truth that is flowing back in.

And if you like you can continue to whisper into your body,

Into your cells,

I am going to be okay.

And now if you're ready let your awareness tilt upward as if your whole being is turning its face toward a new light.

And say it once more,

Not as a wish but as a vow,

I am going to be okay.

Feel the resonance,

The quiet steady thrum of truth vibrating through your ribs,

The way your heart leans towards these words and opens like a flower turning itself toward the sun so it can open its petals and bloom and flourish.

Let the moment hear you.

Let the future hear you.

Let that truth ring through you and soak even into the hidden places and become the heartbeat that you walk forward with.

You know a quiet and steady promise from you to you.

And then when you're ready,

Taking all of this with you,

You can begin to transition.

You can feel your body waking to the present.

Your hands,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders waking up into now.

Letting your eyes open gently and carry this promise with you.

You are going to be okay,

More than okay.

You are already on your way home to yourself.
