In this meditation, we’ll be creating a very special, safe and nurturing space for you to meet and embrace your inner child —that part of you that thrives on wonder, curiosity, and joy. That part of you that also longs to be heard, seen, and cherished. Your inner child is not a separate being, but a precious part of you that can give you access to healing, intuition, and happiness, if you engage with them in a safe, compassionate, and respectful way. By regularly taking even a short time to engage with your inner child, you are activating processes for deep healing and transformation over time. This is undoubtedly one of the most profound practices in our toolkit. Whenever you are in touch with any of the energies of your inner child in your present life, you are in touch with your inner child and have an opportunity to access some wisdom, healing, and fresh energy.
