Hello.

Welcome.

Welcome.

This is a grounding and loving meditation and space that connects all your parts and all your feelings to peace and kindness and safety.

And it's especially for times when you're carrying painful or tender emotions,

Worries,

Cares.

In this tender loving space,

You can invite feelings of any kind to feel safe and cared for.

We all need this sometimes,

Especially when tender feelings arise.

I'm with you.

I understand.

And I hope this meditation brings you exactly what you need right now.

Please know that the universe is sending you so much love right now.

Take a breath with that feeling,

That thought.

And then let's begin.

Just being gentle with yourself as you start to get comfortable.

You're gathering back your energy from wherever it's been directed right up until now.

From all the places and spaces,

From all the thoughts and the feelings.

And now you're in a space where you won't be distracted.

And just for a short time,

You can really allow yourself to settle and be with yourself.

And this is going to help you so much going forward.

So thank yourself for taking this time and making this space.

And thank all your feelings for showing up,

All your parts and pieces.

Even the ones you're not so aware of right now that are there.

Everything is here,

You are whole,

And you are in a healing space.

Begin to relax into your breathing a little.

Feel your body begin to settle and relax.

And now take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs to the top,

Followed by a full body clearing exhalation.

And if that felt good,

You can do it again.

Letting that out-breath go completely.

Letting yourself now just settle into your natural breath.

Nothing to do,

Your breath is breathing you.

Letting these sweet breaths fill your beautiful self,

Your being.

These sweet waves of breath that you can feel as you feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest and belly.

And how those sweet waves create an atmosphere of welcome,

A homecoming inside you.

Feeling how your inhalation brings a gentle expansion of the space inside you.

And then your soft exhalation,

A landing.

Landing on your spot.

Feeling the solid earth where your body connects.

Feeling your bones being drawn by gravity right down to the deep center of the earth and that stability.

And now after you've taken a good breath in,

As you exhale,

Say the words,

It's okay.

Say them quietly to yourself.

So you're breathing in,

Creating and opening up a space for all your feelings.

And then as you exhale,

You're landing into it's okay.

It's okay to feel this,

Whatever you're feeling.

And you're safe.

And you are loved.

And you are here.

And there is always healing.

Currents of healing we can access and bring in.

And that's what we're doing now.

Inhale.

Exhale.

It's okay.

It's okay.

Imagine those soothing words being heard and received by all your parts.

The words really landing inside all your feelings,

Thoughts,

Worries,

Cares,

And concerns.

Bringing it's okay into every space of your body.

Feeling yourself landing firmly in the welcome and acceptance of that,

That space,

That energy.

And maybe you can energetically spread out a bit.

Just take up a bit more space for your presence.

Stretch out your body.

Make space for all of you where you are.

Releasing some tension to create more space.

So you can soften your gaze by releasing any tightness in your face that might be holding onto the muscles of your face.

You can imagine the soft gaze you would give someone for whom you have very tender,

Kind feelings.

And how your brow softens and your jaw releases and all your facial muscles melt,

Unwind.

Dissolving into this soft,

Tender,

Caring gaze that holds a spacious welcome.

This inner gaze is welcoming and generous and offers tender acceptance.

This is the gaze towards yourself as you breathe with yourself and your feelings.

And you can then feel welcome,

Generosity,

And tender acceptance entering all your nooks and crannies.

Even your icky,

Sticky places.

Even the parts you don't really know what to do with or how to be with.

We all have those.

And your warm gaze and your soothing breath can touch and meet all of those.

There is no place your breath doesn't touch.

Your breath carrying these energies of acceptance,

Generosity,

And caring.

So these parts that may be a little icky and sticky,

They only want to feel safe.

Every feeling,

Every part of you only wants to feel safe and that there is space for them to be here and be held.

And in this container with your soft gaze,

Your warm,

Soft breath,

You can meet them all.

And you can whisper to yourself,

It's okay.

Meeting yourself as a generous,

Non-judging,

Compassionate,

And loving host of all your experience.

This host of your inner home welcoming all the parts and pieces of you under one roof into this healing home.

And now if it feels okay,

You can place a gentle hand to your heart and another on your belly,

Which can feel very grounding,

Like a weighted blanket or cushion would.

A gesture of grounding and safety and letting yourself know that you are there for you.

And feeling the breath flowing underneath that contact there with your hands.

Letting these words flow into you with all their vibration into every corner.

I care about you.

I have time for you.

We'll get through this.

We'll be okay.

I am here with you.

You are safe with me.

You are in my care.

Holding yourself with acceptance,

Caring,

And grace.

Holding all of you with love.

Softening,

Allowing more space,

More space for your breath,

More space for your feelings to be met.

Feeling,

Imagining all your parts and pieces receiving the words,

Which are more than words.

They are vibrations of kindness and reassurance and unconditional love.

Loving,

Healing energies are moving through all of you and you can just rest here.

Loving,

Healing energies are moving through all of you from your fingertips to your tippy,

Tippy toes.

And perhaps you can even soften your facial muscles into a smile now.

A soft smile.

Because something we can also do is remind our inner world and all its feelings that though there are some real difficulties,

Real tender feelings at the moment,

There are other things here too.

Helpful,

Bright,

Healing,

Wonderful things that are always here and sometimes we don't notice them or bring them in.

So let's bring those things to presence now.

Healing is here.

Just taking a breath with each of these knowings,

Rememberings.

Kindness is here.

Support is here.

Friendship is here.

Love is here.

Goodness is here.

Beauty is here.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Feeling your hands on your body,

Your soft inner smile.

Feeling all your parts and pieces receiving these reminders.

They're so reassuring and steadying and true.

Hope is here.

Trust is here.

Peace is here.

What other things are calling to you that are here,

That are good,

That are for you,

That support you as you feel your space and your fuller presence now?

And as we come now to the end of this time here,

Take a pause to acknowledge the wonderful,

Safe,

Generous space that you've created for yourself and all your feelings and parts today.

And I hope you feel held by the knowing that you'll be carrying this sense of safety and acceptance within you for the rest of your day,

And it will keep helping all your parts and all your feelings.

And I hope you give yourself credit for keeping going and showing up even when things are rough.

And I honor you for that.

And I hope that as you continue,

You also continue to find deeper levels of self-accepting and kindness and self-compassion,

Because these are our biggest strengths and the real resources we need for all our journeys through life.

And most of all,

I hope that you know that every version of yourself that has ever existed is worth celebrating and worthy of love.

I send love and wishes for healing to you too,

And I hope that you'll come back to this space whenever you need to.
