You are very welcome to today's meditation.
Today we are going to go inwards and we are going to relax,
Relaxing our energy,
Taking a moment to expand,
Become present and really enter the here and now.
So getting ready for your practice today,
You can do this meditation practice either sitting down or lying down,
Whatever you feel more comfortable with.
And as you're finding your comfortable space for practice,
I invite you to close your eyes.
And as you close your eyes and go inwards,
Just give yourself a moment to arrive,
To arrive into your body,
To arrive into this moment,
And I'm going to invite you to do a check-in.
Just do a light body scan,
Checking in on how you are.
And any areas of tension,
Just gently give yourself permission to release and let go.
And I'm going to invite you to connect with your breath.
First of all,
At the tip of your nose,
Bringing your awareness to the tip of your nose,
I'm going to invite you to watch your breath.
Watch your breath as it enters and leaves your body.
And just become curious about your breath here.
Become curious about the quality of your breath.
Do you notice that your breath has a temperature?
Maybe you're breathing very light or heavy.
Maybe you notice that your breath is going in one nostril and not the other.
And we're opening up the world of curiosity and wonder.
We breathe all day.
It's our life force.
Our spirit moving through us,
But something magical happens when we really bring our conscious awareness to our sacred breath.
And I'm going to invite you to follow this beautiful breath deep into your heart center on your next inhalation.
And pausing at the heart here,
Bringing your full awareness to your heart space,
I'm going to invite you to begin to practice heart-focused breathing.
This is where we breathe in and out through our heart space.
As we breathe in,
We allow our heart to not only awaken,
But expand its beautiful energy.
So we're breathing in the new,
Expanding our energy.
And then on the out-breath,
We have this wonderful opportunity to release,
To let go.
So visualizing anything that's seeking to be released from your physical body,
From your energetic fields,
Setting the intention to release it on each out-breath.
I'm going to invite you to visualize a ball of light in the center of your heart,
And I want to give you to give this ball of light a color,
Whatever color you feel drawn to today,
Right now.
It might be all the colors of the rainbow,
Or it might be beautiful,
Pure white,
Or pure gold.
Maybe it's yellow or orange,
But trust yourself that whatever color you feel called to today is the perfect healing frequency for you in this moment.
So I'm going to invite you on each in-breath to watch this ball of light expand through the power of the breath.
And with each breath,
It expands a little bit more,
And as it does,
You feel the power of its energy,
This beautiful healing energy coming from this ball of light.
And as you keep breathing,
The ball of light gets bigger,
And as it reaches the walls of your heart,
The boundaries of your physical heart space,
It dissolves into pure energy.
And you watch this energy move into every single cell of your body.
It moves upwards through your throat chakra,
Into each neuropathway in your mind,
Cleansing and clearing,
Lightening and brightening,
And raising your vibration.
It moves into your shoulders and your arms.
It moves into every single organ,
Into your central nervous system,
Your bones,
All the way down to the tips of your toes,
Until you just feel full of beautiful light.
And then I want you to visualize shining this light out from your physical body about three feet in the color that you've chosen.
And then see a beautiful bubble of energy surrounding you,
Protecting your energy field.
I'm just going to invite you into a couple of minutes of silence so that you can bathe in this beautiful energy that you have created here today.
Beautiful.
And you can reconnect with this energy and the healing power of the color you chose at any time during your day.
So we're going to finish today's practice with a nice big deep breath in.
Hold the breath at the top and release for me.
And as you release,
Bringing gentle movement to your fingers and your toes,
Gently opening your eyes,
Giving yourself a moment to transition from your practice.
