I invite you to get into a comfortable position.

You may want to be seated for this or you may want to be lying down,

Whatever you prefer.

Once you get settled in,

Go ahead and start bringing your attention to your breath.

Begin to lengthen your inhales and your exhales.

Letting your belly rise and fall with each breath.

With each exhale,

Feel as your body sinks deeper and deeper into the surface below you.

Feel any tension melt away,

Allowing your shoulders to drop away from your ears,

Allowing your jaw to soften,

Allowing your tongue to drop away from the roof of your mouth.

Just releasing any tension in your body.

Let your breath fall into a steady rhythm,

In and out through your nose,

Knowing at any time during this sound bath,

You can return to your breath and bring attention to it.

In and out through your nose,

Knowing at any time during this sound bath,

You can return Now begin to start deepening your breath in through your nose and sighing out through your mouth.

Bring awareness into your body.

Notice any sensations or emotions that have come up.

You may want to place a hand on your heart center and just breathe in and breathe out.

When you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Maybe take a deep stretch overhead.

Open your eyes and be gentle with yourself as you return to your day.
