Feeling energetically stuck or stagnant? This sound bath is designed to help you process any stuck emotions and clear out those energies. Sound healing works by using the power of vibrations and frequencies to entrain the brain, stimulate healing in the body, balance energy centers, and promote emotional release. From the physical effects of sound waves on tissues to the mental clarity induced by meditative states, sound healing is a powerful practice that taps into the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Whether through relaxation, pain relief, or emotional release, sound healing offers a holistic approach to well-being, grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern science. Benefits of Sound Healing include: Stress Reduction and Relaxation, Improved Mental Health, Improved Sleep Quality, Increased Creativity and Creative Problem Solving, and Improved Concentration and Focus.

I invite you to come into a comfortable position.

Closing your eyes if that's available to you.

And as you settle in,

Start to bring your focus to your breath.

Noticing the inhales and the exhales.

Notice the rise and the fall of your belly.

Notice the air moving in and out of your lungs.

And as you focus on your breath,

Let's try to lengthen your inhales and lengthen your exhales as we sink deeper and deeper.

Into the surface below us.

Now bring your focus to any tension in your body.

And on your next inhale,

Send that energy to your area of tension.

And on your next exhale,

Feel that tension melt out of your body.

And as we're settling into this space,

Take a moment to set an intention for today's practice.

And as you slowly start to waken,

First by wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Taking a big breath in and letting it out with a sigh.

You might want to stretch overhead or add any movement in that feels good to you.

And when you're ready,

Go ahead and open your eyes and get on with your day.
