Welcome to this healing meditation designed to unleash your body's restorative potential.

It is no secret that our minds possess more power than we understand.

And we also know that when we're in a state of tranquility,

Our body works more effectively and is more open to subconscious communication.

So I hope this meditation opens you up to greater healing and gives your immune system the boost it needs.

So let's begin.

Please find yourself seated comfortably in a comfortable position with a straight posture.

Or you may lie down on your bed in a very comfortable position.

Ensure the temperature in the room is comfortable and that you're in a quiet space in which you will not be disturbed.

I'd like you to begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale.

Notice the air leave your body and with it all the tension from today.

Gently close your eyes.

I want you when you fully exhaled to focus on your body.

Just notice how your body feels in general.

Is there any tension or discomfort?

Just acknowledge it.

That's fine.

Now I'd like you to think of part of your body actually needs healing.

Maybe an internal part of your body or an external or it could even be an emotional part of your body.

Whatever it is,

Just give it a bit of focus for now and acknowledge it.

Now I'd like you to just take note of your breath.

Notice the pace,

The rhythm of your breath.

Don't try to change it.

Merely observe it for now.

If thoughts are seeping in,

That's perfectly normal.

That's what thoughts do.

Just take note of that thought and when you're ready,

Go back to your breath.

Now I want you to observe how deep each breath naturally is.

The natural depth of each inhale and exhale without changing or adding anything to your breath or adding anything or merely observing for now.

Take note of those moments in between inhaling and exhaling and exhaling and inhaling.

Those turning points,

Those transitionary moments.

Just focus on those now.

Now I'd like you to take deep breath in when you're ready.

Slowly exhale.

Just relax your muscles as you do so.

Go back to the part of your body again that needs healing.

Acknowledge it.

And now I just want you to imagine the color blue.

Blue is a color that represents healing.

It has a lot of power to it.

So just imagine the color blue in your mind.

If you're struggling to think of the color blue,

Try imagining something that is blue like the sky,

Clear water.

Just imagine it in your mind.

Also assign the color blue a smell.

What does the color blue smell like in your mind?

And just know that this color has significant healing potential.

And now I'd like you to inhale the color blue and smell it as you breathe it in directly into that body part that needs healing.

And hold for five seconds.

And in your own time when you've counted to five,

I'd like you to see the gray leave this body part as you exhale.

Let the blue absorb and take effect and then exhale out the gray,

All the toxins.

And when you're fully exhaled,

I'd like you to go back to your breath.

Just notice the natural rhythm of your breath.

Let's begin now by placing your body in a greater state of relaxation.

Starting from the very top of your head.

Just take note how the very top of your head feels.

Just relax your forehead.

Relax your eyeballs.

Relax your nostrils.

Relax your jaw.

Entire face is fully relaxed.

And I ask from you to now inhale the color blue into your face.

Just imagine it filling your face with the healing color blue and hold for five seconds.

Let it stay in there and absorb.

At the count of five,

Exhale the color gray.

And I want you to see the gray leave your head and face in your mind.

And when you're fully exhaled,

I want you to then just go back to your breath.

Just noticing any sensations associated with breathing.

I'd like you to pay attention to your throat.

How does your throat feel?

Notice any sensations.

See if you can relax your neck muscles and your throat muscles.

Again,

I'd like you to inhale the beautiful color blue into your throat.

Imagine it filling your throat with blue energy and then hold for five seconds.

And at the count of five,

Exhale the color gray and just see the gray leave your throat with it all the toxins that are holding you back when you're fully exhaled.

Just take note of the movements of your breath.

You're merely witnessing your breath.

Now I'd like you to just relax your shoulders.

Relax both your arms.

Relax both your elbows,

Both your forearms,

Your wrists,

And the palms of both your hands.

Just let both fingers rest.

Now focusing on your chest.

Just notice the movements of your chest.

How does your chest feel?

Any sensations that may be coming from your chest region?

Just take your time.

And now I'd like you to inhale the color blue and its aroma directly into your chest.

Hold for five seconds.

Let it absorb and heal.

On the count of five,

Exhale the color gray and see the gray leaving your chest.

Notice how you feel when the gray leaves your chest.

Then go back to your breathing.

Just relax your shoulder blades.

Relax your lower back.

Just take note of your belly,

How your belly moves.

Breathe in and out of your belly now and observe the movements.

Now I'd like you to inhale the color blue directly into your belly.

Remember,

Smell it while you're breathing it in.

Then hold for five seconds.

At the count of five,

Exhale the color gray and just see the gray leave your belly with it all the toxins.

And as you exhale the color gray,

You feel a little bit lighter.

You can already sense your body's in a more advantageous position.

When you fully exhale,

Just notice how you feel.

Focus on your breath.

Now I'd like you to just notice your pelvis.

Just take note of how your pelvic region feels.

Any sensations,

Discomforts,

Tension,

Just observe it.

Just relax your pelvic region.

I'd like you to inhale the color blue directly into your pelvis.

Imagine the blue energy traveling to your pelvis and then hold for five seconds.

At the count of five,

Exhale the color gray and see the gray leave your pelvis all the way out of your body.

Well done.

Just focus on your legs now.

Notice how your thighs and hamstrings feel and just relax your thighs and hamstrings.

Now I'd like you to inhale the color blue and just relax both your knees.

Relax both your calves and shins.

Relax both your ankles.

Just relax both soles of your feet and both sets of toes.

When you're ready,

Just take a regular deep breath in through your nose.

Slowly exhale.

Notice how your body feels.

And I want you to go back now to seeing the color blue in your mind.

I want you to inhale the color blue directly into this body part of yours that needs healing and then hold it for five seconds.

Let the blue absorb and uplift this body part.

And when you're ready,

Exhale the color gray and see the gray leaving this body part,

Making you feel significantly lighter.

Just note your breath.

And again,

I'd like you to inhale the color blue directly into this body part of yours that needs healing.

Hold it for five seconds.

Let it absorb the count of five,

Exhale the color gray,

See the gray,

Leave your body.

And when you fully exhale,

Just go back to your breath.

Take note of the rhythm of your breath.

And now your body is relaxed and you're in a very centered and honest place.

This is a great time for you to now communicate with your immune system for it is now listening and open to communication.

I want to take the next few minutes to just thank your immune system.

I want you to say the following and I want you to say it to your immune system and know that your immune system is listening.

You're doing a great job.

Just say it to your immune system.

You're doing a great job.

Thank you for protecting me and say it like you mean it.

I appreciate you and just know that your immune system has taken these words on and feels appreciated.

Now I'd like you to take one more deep breath in through your nose as deep as you can.

Slowly exhale.

And as you're exhaling,

I want you to say to yourself,

I am worthy of being healthy.

I am worthy of being healthy.

And you sure are.

One more deep breath in as deep as you can.

Slowly exhale.

As you exhale,

I want you to say to yourself,

I am constantly healing.

I am constantly healing.

And when you fully exhaled,

Just take note of your breath.

You may gently open your eyes and welcome back your physical surroundings.

And as you do so,

I want you to think of one thing about your body for which you are grateful.

And I'd like to wish you lots of health and longevity as your body heals and as you take your health to the next level.
