Hey you,

Hope you're having a good day.

Sometimes it takes a person or even an unexpected event to shift our mood in the wrong direction.

And it's important to attend to that as fast as possible.

And the best way to do that is through gratitude.

So I've designed this meditation that is specifically geared towards helping shift your mood and put you in a great mood.

So let's jump straight into it and make your day a hell of a lot better.

Find yourself seated comfortably and gently close your eyes.

Notice how you feel and acknowledge the mood that you're in.

Just accept where you're at right now.

It's okay.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Slowly breathe out,

Let out some of that tension.

Notice your body.

Notice the energies that are flowing through you.

Take note of your breath,

The rhythm of your breath.

Just observe the speed of your breath without changing it.

Is it fast,

Is it slow?

How does it feel when you breathe?

Now we're gonna go through some gratitude affirmations.

And I'd like you to say each affirmation like you truly mean it.

Let's begin.

Now think of something that you take for granted for which you are grateful.

It could be a fridge,

A roof.

It could be a couch.

Or even your job.

What is it?

What about nature are you thankful for?

Could be something simple.

The weather.

The trees,

The ocean.

What part of nature are you grateful for right now?

Is there a person in your life for whom you are grateful?

See if you can bring this person to mind.

And welcome them into your mind.

Notice how they make you feel.

And lastly,

What personal trait of yours are you grateful for today?

What is it about you that makes you special?

Or a trait of yours that you carry that gives you an edge?

It could even be something that keeps you going.

Doesn't have to be remarkable.

Just have a think of that.

Notice how your body feels.

Gently take a deep breath in as deep as you can.

Slowly breathe out.

Relax a little further.

I want to thank you for giving me your time and trusting me with this meditation.

You've got this.

You're going to have an amazing day filled with everything you have yearned for.

You have so much to be grateful for.

And I am excited for your growth.

Sending you lots of love.

Good energy and positivity from my heart to yours.

Thank you.
