This month of June is Men's Mental Health Month. A time dedicated to reminding men they are not alone. As men, we face many challenges that are more often than not overlooked. But regardless of the challenges we face, our biggest liability is that we don't know how to handle our emotions. We tend to suppress how we feel and put on a mask designed to make us appear strong. But true strength comes from feeling in touch with oneself and sitting with our emotions in a way that helps us understand them better. This meditation is the perfect space for men who feel like they need to let off some steam and clear their minds.
