This sacred rest journey is to support in seeding our intentions and really connecting with this fertile,
Potent creative energy of this season of spring and moving into the summer months.
So finding a comfortable position lying down,
Making sure that you're cozy with a blanket,
Something over the eyes,
Support under the knees,
And allowing yourself to take up space if that feels good.
Letting the arms and the legs have enough distance in between,
Taking any other movements that feel good so you can come into stillness,
Giving yourself full permission to just simply rest here,
Allowing yourself to be guided,
Easefully following along.
When you feel settled,
We'll take a slow,
Deeper breath in through the nose,
Gently letting it out the mouth,
Into another deeper breath,
Letting it be slow,
And on this exhale letting everything soften and sink down towards the earth,
Letting go,
Feeling the contact points of your body and the bed or the ground beneath you,
The sacrum,
The shoulder,
The back of the head,
The backs of the arms,
The backs of the legs,
Continuing to sink and soften.
And we'll begin with a moment of silence and bringing your awareness to the eyes,
Feeling them starting to soften into the sockets,
Sensing all around the eyeballs,
Softening all of the little micro micro muscles here,
Bringing in an inner smile into the eyes,
Thinking of one thing about spring that brings you joy,
That makes you smile,
Feeling how the energy of the smile softens other parts of the face,
Body,
Relaxing the eyebrows,
The forehead,
Sensing the mouth,
Relaxing the teeth and the root of the tongue,
Letting the jaw hang loose,
All of the face muscles softening deeper,
The neck is melting,
Lengthening in the back,
The entire skull is loosening,
Softening,
Relaxing all of the face muscles even more,
The neck,
The head,
Sensing the inner ear canal softening open,
Feel the shoulders let go,
Resting down,
Let the arms feel heavy,
Releasing their weight,
Softening the hands,
The palms,
Tops of the hands,
Thumbs,
First fingers,
Middle fingers,
Ring fingers,
Pinky fingers,
Feeling the ribcage stretching and opening on the inhales,
Softening on the exhales,
Expanding,
Stretching in all directions on the inhale,
Softening,
Feel the spine gently lengthening,
Resting into the support beneath,
Feeling the belly relax,
Sensing the pelvic floor gently opening,
Creating space on the inhale,
And subtly softening back up and in on the exhale,
Opening,
Broadening on the inhale,
Letting the energy fill the space,
And softening back up and in on the exhale,
Feeling all of the muscles here,
The pelvis,
The hips,
The glutes,
Everything here is softening,
Let the legs start to get heavier,
The arms,
The knees,
The hips,
The thighs,
The calves,
The shins,
The ankles,
The toes,
The toes,
The tops of the feet,
Softening the face deeper,
The eyes,
The jaw,
The head,
The brain,
The hands,
Fingers,
Sensing the diaphragm right beneath the bottom of the ribcage,
Feel it soften at the bottom of the exhale,
And beginning to connect with this energy of spring,
Connecting with your favorite flowers,
The green that starts becoming vibrant everywhere,
The feeling of the warm rays of the sun,
Melting any tension that you might feel,
Feeling the fertile energy of this season,
The dark rich soil,
Perfect conditions to plant and seed our intentions,
Where we feel drawn to investing our precious creative energy,
Tuning in to see if there's a theme right now in your life for the season that we're in with the earth,
And also the season that you might be in personally,
Because it might be different,
Feeling into one quality of energy that you feel this magnetism towards,
And if you had a word that came through,
Maybe there's a seed,
A type of flower,
Or a plant,
Or a tree that represents this energy for you,
Feeling the fertile earth that is deep within the belly,
Deep in the low belly,
The pelvic floor,
Whatever seed you're planting,
You can do this by taking three slow,
Subtle,
Gentle breaths here in the low belly,
Bringing your hands to the belly,
If that feels good,
And feeling how whatever plant spirit that you felt drawn to,
That there is a deeper reason there,
There's a natural reciprocal relationship that is wanting to happen,
It has medicine for you,
And you also have something to offer back to the plant,
Slowly bringing the hands to the ribs,
The low ribs,
Your body soften here,
Your hands,
And seeing how you want to intuitively breathe here,
Keeping your awareness here in this space of the ribs,
The diaphragm,
This inner fire is here in the solar plexus,
Feeling the natural movements of the rib cage,
Feeling the diaphragm soften on the exhale at the bottom,
Bringing one hand up to the chest,
Up to the heart space,
One to the belly,
Feeling the connection of these two sacred spaces within you,
Sensing how the breath might shift as your awareness shifts,
And taking a moment here to tune into the even deeper intention of your life,
Higher spiritual ideal,
Something that can channel the energy that is flowing through you,
It might be just I am,
Whatever it is for you,
Forming it into a mantra that you can continue to come back to for many years to come,

Sliding the hands back down to the low ribs,
Letting the two pointer fingers rest in the soft spot right beneath where the two low ribs come together,
Beneath the sternum,
And tuning into a specific form that you feel your fertile creative energy is wanting to express in this next season,
Where are you wanting to harness and focus your energy,
One thing,
One area that feels significant,
Alive,
Exciting,
Sacred,
Remembering that the magic is in the mundane,
There is nothing that is too simple,
Too mundane,
Coming back to your word from the beginning,
Your theme right now,
Calling in that plant spirit that you connected to,
Channeling this energy,
Taking three slow,
Soft breaths here into the ribs,
At the bottom of the third exhale,
Allowing the intelligence within the breath to freely express,
To take your natural breath wherever it's needed,
Bringing your hands wherever they feel drawn,
And feeling that we are connected to a deeper source,
Credible divine intelligence,
Taking a few deeper breaths,
Letting it out the mouth on the exhale,
And surrendering all of this to the divine will,
This sacred rest,
