Faith,

Faith in awakening,

Opening,

Experience,

Experience as it's happening,

Directly,

Dumb as all that arises,

Arises,

Passes,

Dumb as awakening to experience,

Sensations,

Sounds,

Mental interpretations,

Inclinations,

Resistances,

Pause,

Silences,

Pauses,

Interests,

Try to find a point to stabilize,

Certain intensification to find that point,

Stress,

The final point cannot be found,

There is no point to be found,

It's the arising and the stressing,

The rising of stress to find,

To resist,

To make something,

Experience happening,

We say the word where or who,

Subject,

We iterate or bring up the inclination with the rising of stress,

Pressure,

There can be a sympathetic input to do nothing more than just return that contraction of finding or holding to the whole field we experience,

Just another one in the field,

Where is the field,

Who is the field,

Use the question,

Relax the answer,

Move out of that term,

What that word may evoke in terms of another word,

Let it just evoke a shift from engaging in the momentum of stress,

Trying to find into aware of the phenomenon of stress,

The one that iseunbe the particular agitation strength be within the The stretching does not seem to be occurring.

Experiences fluid,

Dynamic sensations,

Energies,

A sense of big picture in which the details never really crystallize,

Like invitations to grasp a sign,

Characteristic,

A dhamma.

Maintain the big picture.

It's not important to know,

To have the view.

Abide in the view,

Let it,

Let that abiding,

Just begin to retrain,

Reset a habit,

A habit of grasping,

A characteristic of searching for it,

Resisting it,

Meddling with it.

Let's keep the whole view.

The arising of stressing,

Widen,

I notice also,

Phenomena seem to come to,

That's just a psychological and bodily,

Bodily slight change,

I mean,

Bringing the body comes in as the experience of something a little bit more energized,

Definite,

Slightly pressed,

Mind,

Psychology comes into experience as a person.

Person is difficult.

Is it possible just to,

With the rising of stress,

To sense opening,

Relaxing,

Widening the body,

Bodily experience,

Bodily contingent.

Recognizing this too is not an entity,

But a quality.

Not a final thing in itself,

But a quality of energy that's condensing into a form,

Localizing,

Breathing out,

Breathing out,

Still suggest another energy,

Not condensing,

But more towards dissolving.

Experience a field,

Like a night sky with uncountable stars.

Don't create constellations,

It's just a vast field,

Don't line them up.

You can refrain that,

Restrain that instinct.

This is that,

This is this,

This is this.

This is just this,

It's not that,

It's this.

This is wonder,

Wonderful,

This is wonder,

That is the known.

And faith is to trust the wonderful,

Leave the unknown,

Leave the unknown.

And faith is to trust the wonderful,

Leave the known.

I have to admit, if I had not read the comments before starting the meditation I possibly wouldn’t stay till the end. My mind rambled and I didn’t listen to everything but I was able somehow to get more fluid and still, also with some wonder. I did it with open eyes and it was a nice experience. Last sentence is a gem.

A nice guided meditation that feels like a sort of stream of consciousness. Ajahn Sucitto brings up words and phrases to help move the mind away from compulsion and distraction, and towards stillness and clarity.

Loved this... less guided sentences and just trigger words to point to vastness or that which isn't.. better for those with understanding of Buddhist philosophy rather than first time meditators. 🙏💞🙏

Was hard to ground into this meditation, I feel it is for intermediate/advanced practices. However I loved the message and delivery and look forward to working my way into accessing this meditation better. Ended on a fantastic note. Thank you :)
