Hello and welcome to your self-acceptance meditation.
Make your way to a comfortable seated position.
Take any small movements you may need to feel comfortable and then begin to settle into stillness.
So often we live in the future.
We wish for more money,
More material abundance,
A better career,
More love.
We forget to appreciate the present moment that we are currently living in.
We forget to recognize all the achievements we have gained so far.
We need to begin shifting our mind from seeking more of this and more of that to truly accepting where we are currently,
To accepting that everything is exactly where it needs to be and that you are exactly where you need to be.
That you have everything you need in this very moment of your life and that everything that has happened in your life has happened for a reason to get you to this very moment.
So let's begin.
Gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Take a deep breath in and an exhale out.
Deep breath in,
Exhale.
Allow yourself to relax a little deeper.
Deep breath in and let it go.
Surrender to the ground beneath you and at the same time begin to feel your spine lengthen.
Notice that lengthening sensation throughout your entire body.
Breathe in and a long exhale out.
Deep breath in,
Longer,
Slower exhale.
Let all your air go.
Allow yourself to become present with your breath.
Feel the movement that comes with your breath.
Notice the temperature of the air coming in and out of your nostrils.
Notice what thoughts begin to creep up.
Notice them.
Acknowledge them and then simply release them.
Imagine your thoughts are like clouds drifting on by.
Allow them to be there and then just let them go.
Know that it is completely normal to become distracted.
So if that happens,
Just accept it.
Find that out and bring your awareness back to your deep inhales,
Slow exhales.
Take a full breath in and slowly exhale.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to become more deeply relaxed.
At this time,
We will gently introduce our mantra for today.
I am doing enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
I am doing enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
As you breathe,
I want you to repeat this mantra to yourself in your mind.
Notice if you feel yourself become distracted by your thoughts,
Noises,
Or physical sensations.
Gently return back to your breath and silently continue to repeat this mantra.
I am doing enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
Each time you repeat your mantra,
Notice how your body softens,
How all of your tension begins to drift away.
I am doing enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
Continue to repeat this mantra to yourself as you breathe.
I am doing enough.
I am doing enough.
Repeat your mantra to yourself one last time.
Take an inhale.
Fully exhale.
Start to bring awareness back to your body.
Full breath in.
Full breath out.
Very slowly begin to move each finger,
Each toe.
Feel the energy in your body.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Give yourself a moment to simply come back to your body,
To this very moment.
As you continue throughout your day today,
Carry this mantra along with you.
At any point when you begin to feel overwhelmed or stressed,
Remind yourself of this mantra.
I am doing enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
Be proud of all that you have accomplished and know that you are exactly where you need to be in this moment.
And remember,
I am doing enough.
I have enough.

I am enough.
When you're ready,
Slowly begin to open your eyes.
