This meditation is meant to help you remain centered and grounded in the midst of disorder, and surrender to what is – surrender is not giving up, it is a means of creating stillness without resistance. With surrender comes inner peace and with inner-peace we can approach the present moment with grace and witness what is transpiring around us with a detached involvement. By repeating the mantra Om Bhavam Namah we are reminded of our own divinity and can more easily surrender and become the eye of the storm. I hope you find this helpful. Thank you for listening and for your support! Namaste This meditation uses Meditation Music “528Hz-Euphoria-Morning-Music-vvrfin” provided Copyright-Free by Nature Healing Society.

We are all faced with difficulties in our lives,

And sometimes it is easy to get swept away by the external forces around us,

To end up being part of the chaos and confusion.

When we can remember our connection to all things,

And tap into our truest essence,

Our spirit,

We can feel balanced and resilient,

Even during some of life's toughest challenges.

This meditation is meant to help you remain centered and grounded,

Even in the midst of disorder and surrender to what is.

Surrender is not giving up,

It is a means of creating stillness without resistance.

With surrender comes inner peace,

And with inner peace we can approach the present moment with grace,

And witness what is transpiring around us with a detached involvement.

We can become the eye of the storm.

Thank you for being here.

I am Adriene,

And I will be your meditation guide.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Take a moment to settle in.

For the next few moments,

Gently remind yourself that you have nowhere else to be,

And nothing else to do,

But to be here,

Now.

This is your time to go within and find stillness.

We will start by settling your physical body.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose for the count of four.

Now release your breath through your mouth slowly to the count of eight.

Do this for at least three breaths,

Or until you feel your body relax.

Return your breathing to a normal rhythm and feel into your body.

Feel the heaviness of your head.

Relax.

Feel your facial muscles soften.

Drop your shoulders.

Release any tension in your neck.

Relax the muscles in your abdomen.

Feel the weight of your torso,

Your legs.

With each breath,

Feel your entire body sinking in deeper into the surface where you are seated or lying down.

Take a moment to feel peace throughout your entire body.

Keep breathing.

Gently notice the stillness that you have created within you.

Your mind has slowed down.

This is how you can access the space between your thoughts,

The gap where your fullest potential exists.

The first step to surrender is to recognize your spiritual essence.

When we are able to acknowledge ourselves as pure existence,

With a connection to everything around us,

We are able to encompass all that we desire,

All that we love,

Or hate,

Or enjoy.

By recognizing our truest essence,

We become free.

We can more easily surrender.

We can become observers of our thoughts and our feelings.

We can become observers of all that is happening around us,

Without judgment or attachment.

Take a moment to imagine yourself carrying this stillness,

This peace,

Into the world with you,

Simply witnessing any events,

Big or small,

With a sense that everything will be okay.

Imagine you are the eye of the storm,

Watching things swirl about you,

But you remain calm,

At peace.

Sit with this feeling for a few breaths.

Now we will take this practice a little deeper.

We will be using the mantra OM BHAVAM NAMAH.

Vibrationally,

This mantra serves as a reminder of our pure potentiality,

Our spiritual essence we carry with us.

Repeat the mantra OM BHAVAM NAMAH.

If you have thoughts,

That is okay.

Have compassion for yourself and gently return to the mantra OM BHAVAM NAMAH.

I will watch the time for you.

Keep repeating the mantra OM BHAVAM NAMAH until you hear my voice once again.

OM BHAVAM NAMAH.

Allow yourself a moment to fully embrace the peace that you have cultivated in your body and your mind.

Now take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and release it gently.

One more time,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and now release.

Coming back into your body,

Feel your hands.

Wiggle your fingers gently.

Feel your spirit expanding as you come back.

Bring this sense of peace and stillness into the world.

When something arises and you feel yourself getting swept away,

Simply breathe,

Silently repeat the mantra OM BHAVAM NAMAH and remind yourself of your true essence and your connection to the world around you.

Remember,

You are loved and you are always guided.

I hope you found this practice helpful today.

I am grateful you chose to spend time here.

Until next time,

Namaste.
