And take a moment to welcome your whole being to be present for your meditation practice.

And as you are welcoming yourself,

Settling into comfort,

Know that there is a part of you.

There's an intention that brought you here.

There is something within you.

Maybe curiosity,

Maybe you just want to take a pause from your day,

From your life.

Maybe it's to simply deeply rest in the moment.

So what is it for you as you arrive here?

And let this reason,

This intention continue to support you throughout your meditation practice.

As guide ropes,

As navigation to reorientate you,

To stay present.

Now you're welcome to listen to as much or as little you feel comfortable,

Appropriate in each moment.

Just beginning to allow your senses to be open and receptive.

So that sound could just simply land through your ears,

Into your body,

That you can smell and taste in your mouth,

Through your nose.

Noticing without seeking the visual,

Your sight behind the eyelids.

And the sensation of this whole body,

Surface that's touching the external world,

And inside sensation.

And taking a pause.

And you may notice there may be several moments where there'll be silence and pauses.

We encourage you to continue observing,

Noticing from moment to moment experiences,

Witnessing.

And let the whole body breathe.

The whole body beyond just your nose or your chest,

Let the whole body breathe.

And as you sense into your whole body breathing,

Allow your whole body to be open,

Receptive.

The whole body,

This being,

As an expression of this life,

Your life.

What is the meaning,

What is the reason,

Purpose of this being in existence?

To actually have earned,

Deserve a ticket to be here on earth this lifetime.

What is the soul,

Purpose,

Aspiration,

Declaration of this being?

Let go of thinking or analysing,

Trying.

Rather allow it to arise,

Arrive within your whole body,

Your whole body expressing,

Your whole body declaring this life.

And it may be apparent for some,

Or there's lots of ideas and choices,

Could you also simply stay open and be willing to be,

Stay open for the arrival of the message?

Open to life itself,

Showing you.

And what does it feel like when there's this sense of openness that is not just a heart opening but the whole body,

Whole being willing?

Again,

This message not from the head but from your deepest heartfelt being.

The intelligence and the wisdom within that's showing the way.

And consider the experience of peace,

Stillness and comfort.

When was the last time or probably an imagined moment where you feel at ease,

Absolute peaceful?

Simply just love,

The big love where you feel safe,

Where you can absolutely be yourself,

Free of conditions,

Situations,

Responsibilities.

Take a moment to connect to that moment where you can simply exhale at peace,

At ease.

There's no one wanting anything from you that you're not wanting,

Desiring anything from yourself.

Free of condition.

Observe the experience of your physical body when you're deeply connected to this special sanctuary,

This special,

Unique to you,

Inner sanctuary.

Involve the whole body experiencing this right now.

Let the whole body be saturated with this sense of peace,

Ease,

Connectedness.

And notice the witness that is witnessing this experience.

Sensing into your mouth,

Sensation of your tongue,

The roof of your mouth,

The floor of your mouth,

The inner walls of your mouth,

The rolls of your teeth and gums,

Lips,

Sensation,

Radiance,

The whole mouth and jaw.

And if it's helpful for you to experience sensation,

To enliven the sensation in the mouth,

You may even move a little of your jaw or your tongue,

Lips,

Sensation of the whole mouth and jaw,

The nose,

Nostrils behind the nose,

Inside sensation,

Sensing into the cheeks,

Left and right,

The ears,

The outer folds of your ears,

Left and right,

And the inner canal,

The eyes,

Sensation of the eyelids,

Behind the eyelids,

Inside and around the eyes.

The face,

The cranium,

Inside the head,

The neck,

Shoulders,

Left and right,

The left arm and hand,

Fingers.

And again,

If it's helpful,

The smallest movement or imagine the movement of your left arm or fingers,

Sensation of the whole left arm,

Hand and fingers.

The right arm,

Right hand and fingers.

Whether that's imagining movements or literally moving physically,

Gently your right arm and fingers,

Full of sensation,

The whole right arm,

Right hand and fingers,

The chest,

The left chest,

Inside the left chest,

The right chest,

Inside the right chest,

The abdomen,

The mid-back,

Lower back,

The sides,

Inside the abdomen,

The pelvis,

The front of the pelvis,

The back,

The buttocks,

Left and right,

The left pelvic half,

Inside,

The right pelvic half and inside,

Full of sensation,

The whole pelvis,

The left leg,

Left foot and toes.

And maybe an imagined movement or literally moving the slightest with the left leg,

Left toes,

Sensation of the whole left leg,

Left foot and toes.

The right leg,

Right foot and toes.

The whole right leg,

Foot and toes,

Sensation.

The whole lower half body,

The upper half body,

The left side,

The right side,

The whole body,

The whole body,

Surface and inside,

The whole body,

Surface and around.

The body breathing itself as a flow of electrons,

The whole body,

An ocean of electrons,

Dynamic flow,

Vibration.

And free your attention to wonder.

And just noticing if there's any experience of joy,

Noticing any feelings or emotions that might be present or not.

And the movements of thoughts,

Ideas,

Memories,

Passing,

Moving in and out of your awareness.

Notice a part of you that's attached or wanting to stick with one of the experiences,

Maybe the emotion or that thought,

That idea.

And notice the part of you that is observing,

Noticing this attached stickiness,

That is observing,

That is witnessing.

And allow your attention again to wonder.

Notice how the attention may gravitate again towards yet another emotion or thought that might be passing.

Unfolding and dissolving within your field of awareness the impermanence of these experiences,

A part of you,

That desire that's sticky,

That's identified with this experience,

This thought.

And remembering the part of you that's simply observing,

Witnessing.

It's the remembering.

And take a moment now to reconnect to your whole body at ease,

Peace,

Where you can exhale,

Where you can be unconditionally free,

Free of responsibilities,

Conditions,

That felt sense of being deeply connected with your inner sanctuary,

The felt sense of wellbeing itself,

The felt sense of unconditional love itself.

Let the whole body be saturated with this experience,

This connection.

And this being,

This heartfelt expression of this lifetime,

This being,

A declaration of this lifetime,

The existence,

The purpose.

Not as an idea that comes from the head,

But rather every cell in your body is just expressing.

It's arriving,

Arising within you,

The whole of you,

Rather than something that needs to be figured out.

Or maybe holding the open space possibility for its arrival,

Just that openness with your whole body,

Openness,

Openness to life itself,

Showing up,

No grasping,

And surrendering,

Trusting.

Whilst you're resting at ease and peace,

To reconnect with your intention for arriving here for this practice,

Your intention that continues to navigate,

To support you in your practice,

Sense it feeling as present as already decased off the checklist.

And as we move towards closing,

Harnessing,

Taking with you all that you have experienced,

The movements of experiences,

Knowing what you know as you move forwards into your waking life.

Begin to notice your breath.

The body breathing,

Sensation of the body breathing.

As you gently invite yourself back on line,

The smallest movements to wake the body.

The mind is restful and quiet.

The body's just gently waking up.

Inviting yourself back one breath at a time.

The practice of yoga nidra is now complete.

You're welcome back.

Thank you for practice.

Namaste.
