“We have only one problem – Separation” means that every form of suffering, conflict, or lack traces back to the single mistaken belief that we are separate from God and from one another. What look like many different problems in the world—illness, relationship struggle, money fear, guilt—are seen as disguises of this one inner error in perception, the belief in a split mind and a separate self. Because the separation never truly occurred and exists only as a false idea in the mind, its solution is already given: the recognition of our unchanged oneness with God, which we approach through forgiveness and a shift to to our Higher Self's perception.

We have only one problem.

In this meditation,

We will explore the concept of separation as the root of all our problems and how forgiveness can guide us back to unity.

This meditation aims to help us release grievances and embrace the healing power of forgiveness.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Breathe deeply and naturally.

Allowing each breath to bring you into a state of relaxation and presence to help you relax,

Remove all expression from your face.

Do this now as you settled into this moment,

Bring your awareness to the concept of separation.

Separation is the belief that we are separate from each other,

Separate from the world and separate from our divine source.

Visualize this separation as a fog surrounding you,

A fog created by grievances,

Judgments,

A fog created by fears.

Each grievance you hold is like a thread in this fog,

Keeping you from seeing clearly feeling connected.

Now gently bring into your mind a grievance you may be holding.

It could be towards another person,

Yourself,

Or a situation.

Visualize this grievance.

Now I'll be silent.

Now invite the light of forgiveness to enter.

Notice how this grievance feels in your body.

Notice how this grievance appears in your mind.

Acknowledge this grievance without judgment.

Simply observing its presence.

Now in this space of awareness,

Invite the light of forgiveness to enter.

Imagine a warm,

Bright,

Benevolent golden light that shines on you from all sides,

From above and below,

Moving right through you,

Dissolving the fog of separation.

With each breath,

Allow this light to grow brighter and stronger and brighter,

Enveloping the grievance,

Moving through the grievance,

Transforming this grievance.

Say to yourself,

Repeat in your mind,

I choose to forgive.

I release this grievance.

I embrace unity.

Feel the weight of separation lifting as this light of forgiveness expands and moves right through you.

Sense the connection between you and all beings.

Realizing we are one.

I choose to forgive.

I release this grievance.

I embrace unity.

Take a few moments now to reflect on how forgiveness has shifted your perception.

Notice any feelings of peace,

Love,

Or connection that may arise.

Forgiveness is not about condoning actions,

But about freeing yourself from the illusion of separation.

Forgiveness is about freeing yourself from the illusion of separation.

I choose to forgive.

I release this grievance.

I embrace unity.

I am released from the dream of separation.

Remember,

Forgiveness is a journey and each step we take brings us closer to the truth of who we are.

Pure,

Innocent,

Complete,

And eternally connected to the source that created us.

I choose to forgive.

I embrace unity.

I am free.

I am released from the dream of separation.

It is time to return to our regular state of thoughts,

Feelings,

And actions.

To time and space.

Separation is the belief that we are separate from each other,

Separate from the world,

And separate from our divine source.

Take a few deep breaths to establish the waking state.

And as we do this,

We carry with us the understanding that we have the power to choose love over fear,

Unity over separation,

Peace over conflict.
