A Course in Miracles defines a miracle as a shift in perception,

A correction in our mind,

From falsehood to truth,

From fear to love,

From separation to oneness.

Initiated by the Holy Spirit,

Miracles dissolve illusions,

Leading to unity,

Peace,

Uniting our mind with our Creator,

Our Source.

The third principle teaches that miracles occur naturally as expressions of love.

The real miracle is the love that inspires it.

In this sense,

Every action inspired by love is a miracle.

Love,

Not the event itself,

Is the true transformative force.

The experience or expression of love is accessible and ordinary,

Manifesting miracles,

Which are the natural result of choosing love over fear.

Prepare for meditation,

Settled into a relaxed position.

Close your eyes,

Breathe deeply,

Relax even more.

Remove all expression from your face.

Shift your attention inward,

Breathe deeply.

You are standing before a calm mirror that reflects the light of your Higher Self,

As well as your outer appearance.

Your reflection,

Your Higher Self,

Is glowing,

A radiant presence of pure,

Unconditional love.

Look into your eyes,

Notice what arises,

Joy,

Freedom,

Unity.

Peace flows from your heart to the mirror,

Toward your Higher Self.

Say to yourself,

Say in your mind,

I honor you.

Together we are an expression of peace.

Your Higher Self,

Reflected in the mirror,

Responds with acceptance.

The light within you grows brighter and brighter.

Your Higher Self,

Reflected in the mirror,

With every compassionate thought.

Step forward,

Gently touch the mirror.

The boundary fades.

You pass through the mirror,

Entering a space of infinite light.

This space is filled with floating orbs of color and warmth.

Each orb represents a moment of love,

Received or shared,

A kind word,

An embrace,

A forgiving thought.

Every orb pulses gently,

In rhythm with your breath.

With each inhale,

You absorb their energy,

Radiating within.

Now,

Extend your awareness outward.

The beams of this healing light reaches specific people in your life,

Friends,

Family,

As well as those with whom you've had difficulties.

As each beam of light touches another person,

A connection forms,

A living network of light,

Where love is given and received.

Within this network of light,

Miracles are happening.

Not in grand gestures,

But in the subtle and powerful exchange of peaceful energy,

Unconditional love.

As the boundaries dissolve,

There remains only unity and warmth.

Settle into this radiant state.

Repeat,

As expressions of unconditional love.

As we return to time and space,
