Begin by finding a comfortable place to be either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and let's take some gentle,
Lovely breaths together.
Just allowing yourself to land here in your body in this moment.
Bring your attention to your head and neck,
Softening all the muscles here,
Letting go of the forehead,
The temples,
The cheeks,
The eyes,
Relaxing your jaw,
Your tongue,
Letting go of the muscles of your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your chest.
Really feeling everything soften and open.
Imagine the circulation through your head,
Your brain,
Beautiful life force moving through your head and your brain and your neck.
The more you soften and relax,
The easier it flows.
You can imagine this life force energy of this beautiful,
Warm,
Golden light filling up your head,
Filling up your brain,
Washing through all the neurons,
All the parts of the brain,
Waking up,
Being filled with this warm,
Golden light.
You can even imagine sending your breath into your head.
It's like we're giving your brain some space to breathe,
To relax,
To soften.
Now you can imagine we're opening up the top of your head and we're going to lift out your beautiful little brain and give it a lovely,
Soft place to rest.
It's like we've created this bed of soft,
Fluffy pillows and blankets.
You can rest your brain here,
All nice and safe and cozy and warm.
How relaxing.
And as your brain is resting here on this bed of soft pillows and blankets,
We're going to feed your brain its favorite snacks.
Because who doesn't love eating their favorite snacks while nestled in a bed of pillows?
You can imagine feeding your brain delicious,
Nourishing snacks,
Giving it that love and attention,
All the nurturing that it deserves,
Sending your brain love and gratitude for all the things that it does for you every moment of every day.
You can imagine sending these gratitudes to your brain.

And now we'll begin to circulate this beautiful,
Warm energy of lightness and gratitude and joy through the entire body.
A beautiful brain of yours connected to every nerve goes through every inch of your body.
These beautiful energetic pathways,
These meridians.
Imagine sending that beautiful,
Warm golden light through all the nerves of your body.
Starting with that brain,
Seeing your brain filled up with that light,
Moving down the brainstem,
The central nervous system,
Spinal cord,
Moving out through the nerves from the spine into the organ,
Into the muscles,
All the way out to your fingertips and the tips of your toes.
Feeling your whole entire body warm and light,
Your brain peaceful and soft.
Take a few breaths here,
Circulating that energy through your body,
Through your brain with a smile on your face.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and come back into the room around you.
