Metta or Loving-Kindness Meditation is the practice of sending kindness, compassion and goodwill inward and out to others. This Metta Meditation is inspired by the poet Yung Pueblo. Allow the ember of your heart to grow, cultivating loving-kindness as you do. Note: Beginner's may find they get caught in the "who should I choose".
