Hi my name is Joss of Wild Womb and this is a yoga nidra for exploring womb healing and releasing emotional blocks.

So you can let go of the past,

Improve your womb health including period cramps and much more.

So with this style of soothing nervous system practice your nervous system really loves repetition.

So I highly recommend listening to nidras at least four times a week and listening to the same nidra is perfect.

Also healing is a lifelong journey and it does require patience.

So be kind and gentle as you explore your healing and trust that you deserve support and guidance always.

So I do offer private yoga therapy sessions.

I am an 800-hour yoga therapist with trauma-informed training.

If that resonates and you're curious to book a session you could visit www.

Wildwomb.

Space and connect with me.

I would love to support your emotional spiritual and physical wellness.

So the following nidra is based on Agne Yoga Center's chakra module and I'm so excited to share it with you.

So if you're new to nidra just a few things before we dive in.

It is typically done reclined on your back maybe with the palms open and now is a good time to get really comfy.

So you could get your pillows under your knees,

Under your neck,

Some support,

Maybe a heavy blanket.

I love to use an eye rest,

An eye pillow.

And if you're new to this and you know perhaps you fall asleep or your mind wanders,

It's okay.

It's normal,

It's natural.

Just keep practicing.

Ideally you know you want to linger kind of on the edge of sleep.

So you're almost asleep,

You're slightly awake.

That is the state that you want to be in.

So as you settle your body,

Notice if you feel in your body now.

I'm really softening your eyes,

Closing them.

And you could start to feel the sensations of your body,

Of being alive.

And can you feel your breath coming in and out?

How does that feel?

Noticing your belly rising and falling with your breath.

Maybe feeling your body in contact with the ground under your heels,

Legs,

Glutes,

Back,

Shoulders,

Back of head.

Gently breathing in and out,

Relaxing where you can.

Noticing if you could welcome all of you into the practice now.

All of your feelings,

All the emotions,

The joy,

The anger,

The sadness,

The excitement,

Whatever that might be for you.

And now notice your belly and your hips and your womb space.

Could you visualize a warm orange healing light flooding this area of your body?

You could feel pleasure and joy here now.

You could feel a gentle movement of your energy in this space and of your emotions.

How does it feel to surrender into this feeling?

Pleasure,

Joy,

Gentle movement around your womb,

Your belly.

How does that feel?

Now you could soften your muscles,

Soften anything that feels rigid within you and connect to that gentle movement and flow within your tissues.

Feeling it from the crown of your head all the way down to your toes.

This gentle stream of energy.

So you feel this gentle river flowing down your body now.

Down,

Down,

Down into your pelvic bowl,

Your womb space,

Your sacral chakra.

Keep noticing feelings of pleasure and joy in the space and then notice your womb space and your pelvic bowl in that warm orange healing light.

So this is your energy center.

This is your space of pleasure and joy,

Creativity,

Sexuality and connection to others.

And then you might like to repeat this out loud or in your mind.

I already have all the strength within me to feel all the joy I envisioned for myself.

Now breathing into your belly and feeling that warm orange healing light radiating from within you.

Could you feel the strength of who you are right now?

Could you feel your right to have pleasure?

My womb space is not to store shame,

Guilt or fear.

My womb space is to birth visions,

Ideas,

Creativity.

It is always flowing like a gentle river.

Now release any doubts with a few deep breaths.

You might like to repeat this affirmation in your mind or out loud.

I embrace and celebrate the sexuality and creativity within my womb space.

I embrace and celebrate the sexuality and creativity within my womb space.

Now you could think of the time when you felt great joy in your life and then breathe into that sensation of joy through your entire body,

Every cell.

Now notice how your body is affected by that memory or feeling of joy.

Now you could think of a time when you felt discomfort or pain and take a moment to feel these sensations within your body and notice how your body has changed.

Take a few cleansing breaths to release any draining emotions from your body.

I'm healing from my past.

Any negative energy from my past is melting away.

Now feel your breathing nice and calm.

Feel gratitude for the sexual and creative power within your womb space and you could visualize a sacred protective bubble around you and your womb space.

Now letting your breathing awaken you,

Inviting some gentle movement in,

Perhaps rubbing the fingertips together.

This Nidra is complete.

This Nidra is complete.

Take your time and move slow as you come out.

Thank you.
