Wendy Neuberger

Wendy has been practicing yoga for many years. She started her daily meditation practice to help manage stress over ten years ago and the results were life changing. She loves to share her experiences to help others learn how to quiet our busy minds and relax. Prior to retiring from Binghamton University, Wendy coordinated and taught academic, professional and personal development programs for students. Before retiring, she earned her teaching certification from the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (formerly Koru Mindfulness), an evidence-based curriculum designed at Duke University. Since then, she has taught Mindfulness & Meditation to students of diverse ages, from young adults to senior citizens. Wendy believes that everyone can meditate once you understand the basics. Her teaching style is open and relaxed. She teaches a variety of ways to meditate (one size does not fit all!) and how to find what works for you. Wendy is also a Certified Professional Life Coach from International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Certified Life Coach Institute, helping people live more intentionally, to realize their goals and dreams and make them a reality.
