This five-day course will explore, share and reflect on some of the profound wisdom, insights and teachings from ancient Indian sacred texts and help integrate these teachings into our daily lives in the form of spiritual affirmations. We can use these affirmations as powerful tools to support and empower ourselves on our spiritual journey of awakening. The spiritual and devotional affirmations included are inspired by Indian sacred texts, including the Ramayana, the Dhammapada, the Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita.
