Weaving Your Dreams Into Existence Meditation
Let's take a moment to slow down, to become present with what is alive within your own body. From that grounded space, get to know the little voice in the back of your mind, that voice of doubt, the one that tells you, you can’t. So that from that seat of awareness, you can untangle those beliefs and patterns, to take back your power to weave and create what ever your heart is imagining, dreaming, desiring, into existence.

Hello and welcome,
My name is Fiona and I am going to be your meditation guide for today.
Today we will be taking a moment to slow down,
To bring in more presence within our body,
Within our mind,
Feeling into what is alive within us,
As well as getting to know that little voice,
That voice in the back of your mind,
Maybe that voice of doubt,
The one that tells you that you can't,
So that from that seat of awareness,
You can take back your power and create whatever your mind,
Your heart is imagining,
Dreaming,
Desiring in this lifetime.
So to begin with,
I invite you to find a comfortable space to sit or lay down,
A space where you won't be disturbed,
Whether that be inside or outdoors,
Get yourself comfortable,
Surround yourself with pillows or blankets if you need,
Maybe taking a sip of water,
Resourcing yourself so that you can really receive this meditation today.
And let's begin by orienting ourselves into the space,
Scanning this area that you are in,
Ever so slowly just allowing your eyes to scan the space,
Not looking for anything specific.
By orienting we allow a moment for our bodies to land,
To get acquainted with the space,
Just noticing the different objects,
The light or lack thereof,
Looking above and below,
Looking on either side of you,
Behind you,
Just taking in this space,
Allowing this moment of orientation to really settle your body and nervous system,
And just noticing that as you do this,
Is your breath changing?
Maybe there's a deepening of your breath,
Maybe your breath is slowing down as you take in this space around you,
Maybe there's a few yawns as you land more fully present in this moment.
I'm just curious if there's anything your body is needing,
Any adjustments,
Maybe you need an extra pillow under you to support you,
Maybe there's a stretch that will allow you to feel more comfortable,
Some movement,
Just listening to what your body is asking for,
So that you can receive and be here with more presence,
More safety,
More pleasure.
When it feels good for you and you feel that you are comfortable and supported,
You're welcome to close down your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
We're going to take a few breaths here together,
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth,
As if you're blowing out a candle or blowing through a straw,
Allowing that exhale to be longer than the inhale.
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth,
In and out.
Two more in your own time,
And slowly coming back to your natural breath,
Your natural rhythm,
And just noticing how you are feeling today in this exact moment,
Not how you wish you felt,
Or how you were feeling,
But how you actually feel without judgment,
Without expectations.
How are you feeling now?
Noticing if there are any emotions that are arising as you slow down and land into presence.
Again,
Not judging or wishing for anything different than what is here.
Just taking this moment to reconnect with your body,
With the wisdom of your body.
Because as we connect and reconnect and feel,
We learn to dance with what is alive moment by moment.
We find we become more comfortable in the uncomfortable,
Without having to run or hide or suppress what is here,
Knowing it won't last,
But that our body is communicating to us,
And we get to learn the language of our body,
So that we can be our own best healer,
That we can be our body's best friend,
And honor what is alive in each moment.
So noticing now if there are any sensations,
Any sensations that may be calling for your attention.
Maybe there's a burning or jitteriness within you.
Maybe there's some tension or tenderness even.
Maybe there's a deep relaxation that you feel washing over you.
Just bringing awareness to this,
Noticing what is calling more strongly right now.
With the busyness of life,
We often bypass our body's signals,
Our body's messages,
Ignoring our body's needs,
Our body's whispers.
So it is in this moment,
We get to be with it and bring presence and aliveness to what is here.
From this place of presence,
I invite you to reflect on what it is that you are currently dreaming and weaving into existence.
As the artist of your life,
What is it that you are creating?
What are those goals and dreams that you are walking towards?
No matter how big or small,
We all have something that we are desiring,
That we are trying to create.
I know that there has been something that has been planted within your heart,
And it's there for a reason.
And it wouldn't be there unless it was meant for you to bring into existence.
So again,
What is it that you are currently dreaming and weaving into existence?
No matter how far away this dream or goal feels,
No matter how stuck you may be right now in how to get there,
I just want you to take a moment to feel into that dream,
That desire,
That goal,
That creation.
We can get tangled up in our own mind,
That little voice in the back of your mind,
That voice of doubt telling you that it's not possible,
That you're not worthy,
That it's too hard,
Or that you don't know enough.
And you may fall into these negative thought patterns and believe them.
So I want you to be curious and honest with yourself now.
What is it that that voice is telling you?
What does it say that stops you from weaving your art and creating your dream?
What does that voice tell you on repeat over and over?
What are the thoughts that you are thinking?
The beliefs that you're holding onto that are stopping you,
That are keeping you stuck?
I invite you to take a moment to reflect on this now with loving compassion,
Bringing awareness to this pattern.
By bringing awareness to this voice,
Bringing it out of the shadow and into the light,
Bringing it out of the shadow and into the light.
And maybe these stories and beliefs that you hold on to are causing inaction.
Maybe you are procrastinating,
Scrolling endlessly on social media,
Avoiding and distracting yourself from the actions you know that will bring you closer to your dreams.
So by understanding and bringing these beliefs and patterns to the light,
We start to understand and see what's happening.
And my loves,
There is no shame here.
This is so normal.
If you need to hold yourself or touch yourself in some way to tend to yourself,
As you bring awareness to these aspects,
These parts of you,
Then please do.
And just know that everything that you are telling yourself,
That has been keeping you small or hiding,
Has been serving you.
It has kept you safe and has helped you to receive love and belonging in some shape or form.
We are human wired for safety and survival and those dreams that you have,
All that it is that you want to create is out of your safety zone.
It is unfamiliar to your body and mind.
So no matter how much you may want to create something,
Your body and mind wants to keep you safe and in the familiar zone.
So that's when we can tend to self-sabotage our dreams and desires,
Because we tangle ourselves up in those beliefs,
In those stories that we hold.
We believe that voice in the back of the head,
And we find evidence in the outer world to prove that that voice is right over and over.
So awareness and acceptance is our first step in untangling ourselves and changing these beliefs and stories.
It helps us to choose differently.
It helps us to notice where we are following those old habits and patterns that no longer serve us and the dream that we are holding.
And this takes mindfulness.
Moments like this of slowing down,
Of breathing and being in presence.
Helps us notice and let go of that voice.
Helps us to regulate our system so that we can continue to feel resourced,
Nourished and confident in ourselves.
To not give up and instead keep moving forward.
No longer allowing those beliefs and judgments that we hold to disempower us.
But believing,
Believing in our dreams and weaving our art and desires into existence,
Step by step by step.
We must hold ourselves with love as we untangle,
As we choose differently,
As we unshame these parts of ourselves.
So I invite you to make a promise to yourself,
A commitment,
A devotion towards your body,
Your dreams,
Your desires.
To take moments like this often,
To come back,
To remember,
To realign.
Take that action that you need and to not give up on those dreams in your heart,
Knowing that it may take as long as it may take.
Falling in love with the process rather than the outcome.
I want you to feel that within your body right now.
To fall in love with the process rather than the outcome.
Know that your dreams and desires are yours.
They are already here waiting for you.
So with that,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and sighing it out.
Deep breath in,
Expanding your body and releasing any stagnancy on the exhale.
You are the creator of your life.
You are the weaver of your tapestry of your art.
Remember to tend to your mind and body.
Remember that you have the power to create whatever you are capable of imagining.
That you have the tools,
The intelligence and the potential to do so.
So day by day continue to untangle.
Untangle that thread to allow everything to flow.
Trusting in the timing of it all.
Just thanking yourself right now for taking this moment to acknowledge some of the sticky thoughts,
Noticing these shadows that may have been hiding in the background that you may have been avoiding.
And I appreciate you for showing up and getting to know yourself a little bit deeper.
And calling yourself back now.
Back to yourself as you start to lengthen your breath.
Inhaling,
Drawing yourself back to your body.
And as you exhale,
Giving gratitude.
Gratitude to yourself,
This moment.
Gratitude to your loving guides and ancestors that are here weaving with you.
Weaving beside you.
With that I invite you to slowly and gently start to wiggle your body awake.
Your fingers and toes.
Returning to this outer world.
And when you feel ready opening your eyes and reorienting yourself back into this space that you are in.
Thank you so much for meditating with me and for being curious.
I wish you a beautiful rest of your day.
The rest of your evening.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
