We begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and releasing out the mouth.
As we begin to softly land in this space,

We begin our prayer by calling in and giving thanks to the original custodians of the land that you are currently resting upon.
The elders of this land past,
Present and emerging.
Thanking them for allowing you to be here,
Inviting you in and welcoming you with such loving presence in this moment.
We call in and give thanks to the heart of the sky,
Father sky,
All that is above,
The sun,
The stars,
The moon,
The cosmos,
All that is lighting our way in the darkness and reminding us of our light within.
We connect with the warmth of the sun and the wisdom of the moon as we remember the cycles in and around us.
We listen and receive your guidance today.
May your light illuminate our path.
Calling in and giving thanks to the heart of the earth,
Mother earth,
The first mother,
The fertile ground beneath our feet,
The earth we stand upon and our roots.
We thank you for holding,
Sustaining and grounding us,
For nourishing us and allowing us a place to call home,
A place where we can rest our bones.
May we remember how to live in harmony with you.
As we remember to love you,
May your love embrace us so that we may remember to love ourselves and those around us with greater depth.

Our vital breath that gives us life,

The different seasons inside and outside of us.

The waters of this earth,

Hydrate,
Cleanse and purify us.
Thank you for showing us your fluidity and power,
Reminding us that this exists within us too.
May we honour the element of water in our own lives and allow the waters to cleanse and heal our hearts and souls of any outdated beliefs.
We call in and give thanks to the spirit of fire,
Our passions and desires,
Our creativity and strength,
The beat of our own hearts,
The heat of our bodies,
Our spirit.
We thank you for igniting the courage to speak our truth,
To set our boundaries and to step forward on the path towards our highest timeline.
Show us what has come to completion and burn away what we are ready to release.
We give our thanks and call in the sacred direction of the east,
The place of the rising sun.
May you remind us that each day is a new beginning.
The west,
The place of the setting sun.
May you guide us through the darkness with courage.
The north,
The realm of our ancestors.
May you teach us the ways of those who walked before us.

So that we can consume this medicine with such reverence and intention for our continued healing and expansion.
